A bit out dated.

Pros: The bellboy/security guard was very nice.
I arrived late at night with my 65 year old sister and my elderly aunt and mother (75 & 79) only to find out I was booked upstairs without an elevator on the premises! When I relayed there was no way I could get them up there with their luggage I was offered a king bed with two cots. When I called to inquire about the cots, I was told there was only one available. I then asked if they expected me or one of the other ladies to sleep on the floor? She offered me another room at $87...I said no way. I then asked how was she planning to fix the problem? She then gave me a drawn out story about no cots down stairs, no cots "made up" up stairs....blah, blah, blah finally concluding it was going to take another 20 mins. We finally got settled in our beds by MIDNIGHT, and my sister and I woke up with terrible backaches!

Horrible Hotel

Location: NA, this was supposed to be a sleep stopover for us
We will never stay here again. We booked this using the expedia last minute deals and this is NOT a 3 star hotel. This hotel is worse than a motel 6. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke, the carpet was filthy, every time anybody walked by our room the wardrobe shook and woke us up. We got no sleep, which was the reason we booked the hotel as a quick stop over on a long drive to get some rest before continuing on. We could not wait to check out! I am very disappointed in Expedia we have always had good experiences booking through them.

Pros: POOL, CLOSE TO OUR EVENT
THE HOLTEL IS NICE BUT OUT DATED, THE ROOM STILL HAS AN OLD STYLE TV, THE FACILITIES ARE LIMITED, VERY LIMITED ROOM SERVICE AND NO MOVIES YOU CAN ORDER, THE BEDS ARE VERY HARD TO SLEEP ON. IT NEEDS AN UPDATE INTO THE 21ST CENTURY

Cons: Electricl outlets were old and several did not work.
My room was on the first floor and I was unable to sleep because the people above me were moving around all night. Other than that, the hotel was nice.

Pros: The pool and hot tub area were beautiful

Great Hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful from beginning to end. The beds were wonderful! not too hard,not too soft, just right!

Very close to the airport and not far from many shopping centers. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean. The king size bed is comfortable for us.
