“Very comfortable & terrific grounds”

My room was very comfortable with windows that open, which I love for fresh air! The hotel grounds are very well kept & beautifully landscaped.

The only complaint that I have is that the front desk girl that checked me in was VERY SLOW! And she wasn't very friendly. However the hotel and grounds were beautiful. The room was comfortable and the rest of the staff was very wonderful. I will stay there everytime I go to Fresno.

“Awesome hotel with awesome restaurant”

The things that travelers want most are actually free to provide. People want friendliness. People want attentiveness. People want service. The Piccadilly Inn West Shaw gets it. It's not the most luxurious hotel in the world, and it does not claim to be, but for the price the staff way exceeds expectations and the rooms are more than comfortable. Our bathroom light blew out on a Saturday night. The maintenance guy showed up in about five minutes. Turned out the whole fixture had blown out. He was back with a new one and had it replaced within the hour. It's amazing how at some hotels simply getting an extra pillow can be a multiple-hour ordeal. At the Piccadilly it took 5 minutes. All the staff was professional, courteous, attentive and my wife and I were duely impressed! Highly recommended hotel! Also, their on-site restaurant is top notch. It's rather high end and expensive, but I can't remember the last time I had a $30 filet where I could actually taste each penny in there. For a vacation splurge it was well worth the money.

this hotel is in great location, has a feel of an upscale old-style hotel in lobby, and very clean, classy rooms. we would go again.

“Very nice place to stay”

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Don't be late for breakfast, they start picking up all the food 5 minutes beore it ends. Breakfast is from 6-10am. Basic breakfast cerals, sweet rolls, muffins, fruit even had scrambled eggs out one morning. I stay there everytime we go to Fresno.

Loved this hotel! :) I wanted to rent a room for me and my boyfriend on Valentine's Day.. and I was so happy with the hotel. We wouldn't be able to go out of town together for Valentine's Day, so I decided to book a room at The Piccadilly Inn -IN MY OWN TOWN.. yes, I live in Fresno! Hehe :) It didn't seem like I was still in the town where I live. It was the perfect getaway for us. The room was very spacious and they even had freshly made cookies sitting on the table in the room for us! The way the rooms are set up, it's very quiet and I didn't hear a single sound all night. I loved this hotel.. and I would definitely go back in the future. Very nice, and very roomy :) You'll love this place!

“Very impressed for an old hotel”

A little older hotel but very impressed with the large size of the room and it was very comfortable to stay in. If I am back in Fresno again I would stay there again.

I just stayed one night, but was very impressed. The room was quiet and very clean. The restaurant/bar near the lobby (Oliver's maybe?) had excellent food and had great prices. The location of the hotel is great also. I would definitely stay here again!
