“Nice hotel, poor wireless”

The hotel and it's employees were all very nice. The room and bed were excellent. The pool and spa were well maintained. But the free wireless internet had a very poor connection in my room and even in the hotel lobby/atrium. This was both with my smart phone and my laptop. They had a business center but unfortunately it was out of order.

“Central Location”

A solid hotel in the middle of Fresno. Right off the cross freeway, easy to get to and adjacent to the convention center. The facility was what you'd expect from a name brand. The food in the restaurant was pretty middle of the road. Not bad but nothing to praise. Morning coffee was almost undrinkable. With all the produce farms in the vicinity, I'd expect fresher salad ingredients.

Dining
Do treat yourself to some good food, but just be careful not to overdo it, especially if you are on business. I don't mean alcohol, I mean stuffing yourself so that you aren't on top of your game the next day. Business travel can be so stressful that a high quality meal can help defuse that a bit, but you want to be sharp for your meetings and face-to-face opportunities. It's hard to be great when last night's dinner feels like a bowling ball in your gut. Overdoing food or drink will show on your face the next day - not a way to make good impressions!

“love the bed”

The hotel was great and the room , They have a motorcycle event … to noisy …

“Near the National Park?”

Great staff with a comfortable room. Main reason for our stay was to visit Yosemite National Park. The interstate is near but the drive was at least 1 hour.

“Dated Rooms, Excellent Service”

Was assigned to room with very loud air conditioning unit. Upon calling front desk, was able to relocate to room on upper floor with quiet AC system and newer furnishings. Recommend rooms on higher floors. Customer service was consistently excellent throughout the stay.

“Outstanding for a conference or ballgame”

Excellent comfortable, clean hotel with friendly staff. Easy 2 block walk to conf center, few more blocks to Triple A ball with the Giant's Grizzlies ballpark. Restraurant in hotel had an excellent breakfast and lunch. But the Sunday brunch was too expensive. We had a family reunion and enjoyed the banquet facilities with an excellent chicken buffet dinner.

“Average for business”

All was as expected. Room was comfortable and clean, old A/C units though, took a while to cool down. Lady at the front desk was very nice. Overall convenient for a business trip. TV channel selections need improvement.
