“My fresno hotel”

We have family in fresno so we travel there often. We have stayed at several and have not been happy until now. This will now be our hotel when traveling to fresno. The staff was great. We had a one bedroom suite. Very nice. We were truly happy.

“A great place to stay!”

Although the hotel is old the rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The bar, atrium and beauty salon environment was very nice. Watch out for beggers,they were a constant as you enter and leave the hotel.

“Great Hotel”

This hotel is very nice. The staff was very friendly,helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable. We had a slight problem with the TV in the living room area, they fixed it within 10 min of calling the front desk. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was a very clean hotel that was centrally located in Fresno. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Staff was very friendly.

“Outstanding for a conference or ballgame”

Excellent comfortable, clean hotel with friendly staff. Easy 2 block walk to conf center, few more blocks to Triple A ball with the Giant's Grizzlies ballpark. Restraurant in hotel had an excellent breakfast and lunch. But the Sunday brunch was too expensive. We had a family reunion and enjoyed the banquet facilities with an excellent chicken buffet dinner.

“Near the National Park?”

Great staff with a comfortable room. Main reason for our stay was to visit Yosemite National Park. The interstate is near but the drive was at least 1 hour.

“Good with a few negatives”

While hotel met expectations for the most part, they couldn't accomodate our request for a non smoking room even with a four month reservation. The food at the restaurant was average, and one employee at the check in desk was quite distant and cold. Other than these negatives, all was as expected.

“Nice Place to stay”

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff was great. The only complaint I have is the elevator has trouble opening it's door when the floor is reached.
