Pros: Sleep Number bed!
Cons: Cascading waterfall in the lobby is a little noisy, but you can't hear it once in your room.
The room had a king sized Sleep Number bed, which I thought was really awesome. This is the bed that allows you to adjust the firmness of each side of the bed to your individual preference. One of the best night's sleep I've had in a while. Location is good if you have business downtown or at the courthouse. Decent wireless internet. Highly recommend it.

I have stayed here several times now and it's the only place I will stay in Fresno. Staff was wonderful, food was excellent and overall convenience of stay and freeway access was great for business. Recommended for all in my book.

Pros: Room was well equiped, clean and good price
Location: Close to retail centre
Very nice overall experience, value for money, good base for our trip to yosemite which is expensive to stay closeup

Pros: The sleep number bed.
Cons: Better tv and connection. Wi fi could also use an upgrade so I could actually connect my iPad.
Location: The zoo was close by. Great experience with the family exploring that place. If we had more time we would have seen some more sights.
Ha a great experience. Food was good and room service took a little while but was good. Serta number bed was the best. Had a great night sleep. Housekeeping though need to learn how to knock before entering a room. Thank God I was changing or something. Overall great stay.

Pros: Clean and quiet
Cons: Barely operational elevators
Location: Hard to find parking on the weekends
2 out of the 3 elevators weren't working for the duration of our stay and at times, all three were out of service. The staff, though, made sure someone was there to manually run the elevator so it was still usable. The hotel itself is quiet, clean, and family friendly. I would stay there again.
