I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient, professional and very kind. Extremely helpful in booking the right room for me and extending my stay when needed. The staff is extremely accommodating and the pool and jacuzzi are very well maintained and beautiful! I’m from the area and very impressed!

The only thing I disliked was the platform the mattresses sit on. It’s extremely loud like a drum. It woke my baby up more than several times.

The check in was easy and service was excellent. The staff, Diana and Alex demonstrated friendly and hospitality as we checked in. They were very helpful in advising nearby restaurants as well. The room was very spacious. We booked a one bedroom suite. The rooms were very clean and comfortable as well. We had a quiet and restful night. It is also nice to have breakfast included . You also have a Starbucks and McDonald’s across the hotel 1 minute. Overall, well worth the budget friendly price.

The Courtyard was very clean and kept up Nice. The only thing I did not like. Was the mattresses were disgusting They were stained and dirty. The carpet was dirty also. The sheets had graffiti

Our room was very cramped. We stayed for three days and two nights and our room was never cleaned. We tried watching television and the signal kept going off. I was expecting a much more comfortable stay since I had stayed there before, but it was difficult to feel comfortable. For some reason, they also gave us a room for a person with a disability. Our shower had no way to keep the water in so when we did shower the entire bathroom got wet.

The tv never works properly when we stay. It always cuts out and has very bad signal It makes it hard to relax when you're hearing snips of things. Other than that, its a decent place to stay.

The Ramadacin North East Fresno is justcacfew blocks from the places I go. It is so convenient and the stFf is always so helpful, thoughtful and courteous (even if my day left me on the other side of the fence). I stay there EVERY TIME I visit my family.

They are nice. It's convenient and safe. They need to clean the walls better and fans in my room has dirt in the bathroom fan. They need to get the paper slips for room keys every night we had to go in because our keys got demagnetized. It was very upsetting because you couldn't get in locked gate without it.

Walking in the lobby, the attendant at the front desk is asking for security to not leave her side due to a threatening customer who called to complain about the room above. The customer arrived at the desk after I checked in. As I gathered my stuff I listened to the conversation. The complainant was from room 161 and stated that the people above him(room 261) were still fighting and had been for hours. It was apparent he and several others had complained and the issue still persisted. He was threatened by the people in the room and felt unsafe so he turned in his room key. I grab my wife and we wait at the broken car gate before finally taking the long route and walking to our room. Within minutes of arriving, we realized we there was a loud event or party going on next door. Mind you it’s after midnight. There was a booming voice above all others screaming physical threats at everyone through the wall . We heard several people flee and 1 female and 1 male voice could be heard in a heated exchange. Cleary a domestic situation by the screaming words and crying reply. We called the front desk after using the Expedia app, to which we were chastised by the front desk stating “are you sure, I called and that room said they sleep” by 3 am we contacted Expedia again to which I believe they called they police, whom were there until 11am. Also, no exhaust fan in the bathrooms, so it constantly smells. Unfortunately we had to stay because my wife is sick

My bed had dirty sheets. I took a picture of it. Called and asked to be moved to a new room and they said no. So I asked for new bedsheets. Outside of my room there was a homeless person as well. The key was not working for me so I had to keep going to the front desk to get a new one. Would not recommend this hotel.

The room appeared to be old and the floor was dirty. Missing pieces of tile on the floor at the closet, dirt collected. Floor was not clean between the dusty and hair on the floor between beds and on tile at the closet. The nightstand looked though it had been spray painted and needed to be sanded.

I will never be back. I have stayed at nicer Motel 8's than this hotel. My room had a urine smell in one corner (no where near the bathroom). The paint was peeling and the walls and baseboards were so dirty. The nonslip surface in the tub was peeling. There was hair on our "clean" towels as well as makeup stains. The pillows were small and so lumpy and two of the 4 had stains on them. Also our room was non-smoking but the bed sham had a burn hole in it. The ceilings and walls are thin and the people above us were so loud all night. We only stayed the three nights because we had other family members who didn't have the option to stay somewhere else and we wanted to be close. Also their "gym" was as minimal and some of the equipment was not working properly. The only good thing I have to say was the beds were comfortable.

The outside and lobby is sooooooo cute. The room was ok;it was a little dated nothing fancy, everything worked, hardwood floors and the price was great and the comfort was good. The breakfast was pretty lame cereal and waffles is all they had and you can’t even take the coffee out of the breakfast room which was odd to me. The staff was kind. It had it quirks but I Would definitely stay again.

Everything old and stinky, needs to be painted, the shower head rusty! Stains everywhere, talked with a manager and asked for towels for the second day and never brought them!
