“Nicest hotel that I have stayed at in Fresno”

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was a 2 room suite which was very clean. A hot breakfast was included and pretty good. I would stay at this hotel again.

“Quiet, clean, great place in Fresno”

I have stayed in several hotels in Fresno while there on business and to see family. The experience at this hotel was far and away the best. The rooms were clean and quiet, the location convenient (especially situated behind a Trader Joe's) and the breakfast and array of papers was impressive. One caution -- make sure you know where it is (off Barstow) as it is well hidden. I will return to this facility for my Fresno travel.

“Get to Breakfast early”

Overall a nice Hotel but, get to breakfast early as they run out of hot dishes, like eggs and sausage, by 9 am and don't refill them.

“Good value in good part of town”

The queen bed was WONDERFUL. The sleeper sofa was okay. The room was adequate. We were awaken through the night by the ice maker and learned in the morning I could have stopped ice production by lifting a switch in the freezer. The breakfast was among the best breakfasts served at a hotel "gratis." I would recommend the hotel. The employees were pleasant and helpful.

“Nice hotel, but depends on the room”

The first room I was assigned to smelled of smoke, so I asked for a new room. Staff was helpful and the new room was great. So, it was kind of a pain to go through that process but at least I ended up with a great room.

“Pretty good hotel - not the best service”

The hotel room was nice, it had separate living and sleeping areas and included a small kitchenette. They serve a free breakfast buffet that was pretty good, with several hot items. My only disappointment was the service. About an hour after checking in, I was phoned and asked to go to the front desk to have my credit card re-swipped, then another hour later I had someone calling me to ask if everything was okay - geez go away! Later when I requested a third dining room chair they were unable to accomodate me. How hard would it have been to get one out of the breakfast area? I should have just swipped it myself.

“Don't stay on 3rd floor if you're not a smoker”

This is a nice hotel. Good location, especially if you are taking a test at the Prometric test center. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is pretty decent. However, even though the hotel is an ALL-NON smoking facility, I think people who smoked used to all stay on the 3rd floor (or they all stayed in my particular room!) :) While the rooms were clean, I could smell that stinky lingering stench of dirty rotten cigarrettes seeped into the comforter and perhaps in the walls. I had some difficulties sleeping as I am super sensitive to cigarrette stink. So as long as you stay on the 2nd or even the 1st, it should be alright.

“Typical Residence Inn - would use again”

Two problems with the room - TV remote did not work in bedroom and shower head needed to be replaced
