Was told upon check in that “internet is broken, they are working on it”
One bedroom suite:
-basic TV was not working
-Not enough blankets pillows for pull out sofa
-staff “misplaced” a bag that had been left in room- we had rushed back asap at checkout to retrieve it but it was not where I left it in the kitchen, front desk made no real attempt to help find it, maid sent me to front desk, received a phone call after 7pm that it had been “found”, we had already driven the 4.5 hours home requested the item be mailed to us.
