Great little hidden gem

Posted Nov 24, 2014
Pros: Its a unique boutique style hotel that is very different from anything else in Fresno
Cons: mid range suites a TV in both the living room and bedroom please, & move the coffee tables away from the path to the lights in front room. Shin Buster
Location: Its just west of palm on Shaw, blink and you'll miss it. Fashion Fair mall, lots of shopping, lots of restaurants, and very central to the city.
So this little hotel is a great little hidden gem in Fresno, that not a lot of people know about. They have great rooms, and looks as if they are renovating a ton of them right now too. They also have great suites there that are very reasonable. We like this little place, its quiet, clean, and if you live in Fresno a great place for a little "staycation" on the weekends.

Not recommended. Stay away from this hotel.

Those are not suites as claimed. Shower and bathtub were small and not designed for two people. The walls were cracking and power outlets were old and not updated. The fridge was small and smelly.

Good morning, Michael - I apologize for your experience you had at our hotel. We do have rooms upon request that have a large bathtub/shower combination. We are in the process of renovating our standard suites at the moment. We appreciate your business and would like another opportunity to meet your lodging needs once our renovation is complete. Thank you for staying with us.

Nice hotel, close to Fig Garden Village

Posted Nov 18, 2014
Pros: Pleasant staff
Cons: see above
We were awake most of the night with loud groups of people wandering around. A couple knocked on our door at 3a.m. The staff was very apologetic but, I will not stay here again.

Awesome hotel!

We stayed in one of the newly renovated deluxe suites and it was perfect. The room was spotless clean and the black and red theme was awesome. Hidden gem in Fresno for sure!

A good staff but needs updating and paint.

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: We liked the staff and the fact we could take our dog.
Cons: This place needs to be painted and some updating
Location: The hotel is a good location lots of places to eat, shopping, and very easy to get to.
My experience was fine, because the staff was accommodating. The rooms had old fixtures that didn't work too well and beds, drapes, and all the stuff was just old and run down. We took our little dog and it worked out well. We would recommend this hotel if a person wasn't too particular. We would stay there again because of our dog and good location.

Pet fee was too expensive ($50) for 1 night for a old, dirty room!!!! Not worth it!!!!

Pros: The staff.

Staff very friendly. Liked the rooms, spacious and the area was quiet even though the hotel was right on Shaw avenue.

Out dated

Have been staying there every few years since the late 80's and everything is the same. Same old picture tube televisions - same old cabinets - refer would not cool very good - paint and plaster work looks like done by amatures.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! I can't believe you represent it on your site! I really wish someone would contact me so they can hear from me directly what the problems are!!!
