perfect for a trip to the convention center.

Super 8 Freson near the convention center was the perfect location to stay on a recent business trip. Located within walking distance of not only the Convention center, but several bars as well as a nice micro brewery. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortible, no real complaints.

Good to stay there.

Great location, good service. The front desk is not very friendly, but OK. I like the waffle maker for the breakfast. The only problem I would complain is that the toilet cover can not lift up all the times, and you need to hold it when you peep, weird design.

Never again

First booked room smelled horrible, like moldy wet carpet smell. Besides the selland arena being fairly close there would be nothing good about this hotel. Everything is dead and nothing is going on around that area at night, looked like a ghost town. The staff switched us rooms but what got to us was the fact that he knew what room smelled bad before we even told him.

Good Hotel, Mediocre City

Overall, the hotel did the job. Manager was knowledgeable and helpful. Not the best location, but Fresno is a depressed area; no good restaurants nearby. Big plus for the area: close to MANY national parks & forests (Yosemite, Kings Canyon, etc.).
