Scary area of Fresno, the motel itself is a typical Motel 6 and is ok but I wouldn't stay in this area again

Location right next to freeway, road noise terrible. Better sound insulation wouldn’t hurt. Rooms inside were nice, looked recently redone. Unit needs new shower head .

I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel..not clean at all..floors dirty, walls dirty, tub and shower broken, shower curtain moldy..they haven't had a working ice machine for months according to Tina at front desk..

CHECK YOUR ROOM SO EVERYTHING WORKS.
MOTEL 6 ROOMS ARE CLEAN. THE SHOWER DIVERTER VALVE FOR A SHOWER WAS BROKEN. THE HEATER WALL UNIT WAS FAILING. THE SECOND LOCK ON FRONT DOOR WAS BROKEN. THIS MOTEL 6 NEEDS UPGRADES.

It's a very unsafe location, full of prostitutes and pimps. It was okay for a few hours of rest but definitely won't be staying at this location again.

My worst terrible experience in Fresno, first and last time, there’s cockroaches everywhere, bathroom was very dirty, Smells so bad everywhere. Really think two times, next time you want visit here.

How to sleep with cockroaches
It was the worst hotel of my life. The cleaning is rough and you have to live with a huge number of cockroaches. I don't understand why Hotels.com lists these hotels and introduces them to customers.

One of the worst motel 6 I've ever seen pool was so filthy and dirty with dead pigeons and in the parking lot look like a little miniature junkyard with abandoned vehicles and car parts all over the place.

This was the worst property we have ever stayed at. We could tell it wasn't safe by the check in. Behind glass, while we stood outside. It was obvious that the area was not safe. The parking area was trashy. As in, trash all over the parking lot. The pool was DISGUSTING!! The water was dark gray/black, with grocery size bags of garbage floating in it!! Expedia, you need to delete this facility from your list!!

The wood floor was sticky dirty. How did i found out? walked barefoot on the floor and when I stood in the bathtub all black dirt came from under my feet.. Who doesn't know how to mop clean a floor?

As for me I had comfortable staying at the motel and feel good relex comfortable while I was doing organizing my stuff with much of spaces all by myself to focus on without no one bothering me and not being so nosey by anyone else!!

The sheet has stains on it, I asked the guy to give me new ones, he was nice enough to give me 2 new sheets, but of them is just full of stains, that it feels like it wasn’t washed at all.

Not what I expected
After driving 6+ hours from SD we wanted to stay at a comfortable clean quiet place. We got neither of these.Came into our room that said non smoking reeking of smoke, walls dirty with brown spots in the bathroom. We were in our room and within 10 minutes of being there my sons had killed two roaches from what seemed to be coming from underneath the bed. I bent over to see and there was a take out bag underneath the bed. I saw a bed bug on a pillow and immediately asked for a different room. The room they placed us in was different the only thing wrong with that one was the toilet seat cover was broken and it leaked water at times from the bottom. Apart from that the bedding seemed clean the walls clean and the room didn’t reek of smoke. Only reason we did not book it was because this room was more decent and we had already pre paid for the night. They need some serious renovation.

The property was very dirty had dog poop around the parking lot by the stairs to walk up to your room people fixing cars in front of your room all night long once we got in our room the microwave had food already in it from the previous guest not a good place to stay at all
