Last time I trust Travelodge

Pros: Proximity to my business
Cons: A lot
Location: Very little other than near a medical building.
I based the booking on Travelodge name as it was close to my business appointment. One lamp wouldn't turn on until the manager fiddled with it. After he left I found the bedside lamp wouldn't turn off so I unscrewed the bulb. Generally tacky appearance. Drawers were dirty. A cockroach (at least it was dead) and hair was in the tub. I will say the TV, air conditioner and shower all worked well.

Fresno State Travelodge

Checked in to find that they had already charged my card, with the wrong amount, was a bit of a chore to get it fixed. They did upgrade me to a bigger room at no charge. Walked in to the room and was hit with a terrible odor, bought an room freshner for the weekend. Ice machine was broken and there was not a free breakfast in the mornings. Limited channels on the tv, first 5 were in Spanish. Overall the room suited its purpose.

寝るには十分。意外と朝食は悪くなかった。電子レンジや流し台もあったが調理器具はゼロ。

Location: ヨセミテから車で3時間程度。キングスキャニオン国立公園へは1.5時間。
築年数は30年以上あると思われましたが、寝るには十分です。モーテルの見かけから、朝食も期待できないと思ったのですが、りんごがあったほか、オートミール4種、甘いパン、パック入りアップルジュース、コーヒー、紅茶とあり、意外でした。 オーナーはおそらくインド人のご夫婦で、普通に対応してくださいました。 部屋には電子レンジ付の流し台がありましたが、調理器具や皿は一切ありません。 半径1マイル程度には店もいろいろありました。デニーズやスーパーマーケットのVONSも車があればすぐ行けます。シアーズに閉店間際にいったら人影もまばらな駐車場でたむろしている人々の風体から一抹の不安を感じたので、店に入らず退散しました。

Don't Waste Your Time or Money

Not in the best part of town. We were in town for a U.S.T.A. tennis tournament, there were 3 adults and 6 teenagers, we had 3 rooms. I had prepaid for 2 of the rooms. I originally booked the rooms for 2 nights then canceled the 2nd night for each room. When I tried to check in the manager told me I had canceled 1 of the rooms even though I showed him my receipt for both rooms. The managers solution was to change me for the room then dispute the charge with my credit card company. I called Hotel's.com and they resolved the issue. When the other party I was with went to check in the manager tried to charge her for 2 extra people in the room even though she showed him where she had already paid for them. When we got back to the rooms after dinner there was a police car in the neighboring lot and when we left on the morning there were 2 police cars on the property. I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me.

One of the worst hotels and the manager is so rude and mean . This is the only bad experience which I faced since started with hotel.com year ago

I am shocked that you felt that way after staying 10 days with us. In those 10 days we always full fil your demand . You also liked our Brealkfast that you came to eat religiouly all those 10 days. You had a chance to shortened your stays but you never did. Anyway we always try our best to be humble to our customer .

Outside appeared clean even though it is in a bad area. The managers were abrupt and often rude. They seem to be rather judgmental. I do understand being the area. The room was fairly clean but not what I'm used to. We found a condom and a syringe in the room. It was hard to understand the lady manager and she was always trying to say we were gonna steal stuff. She was rude. I would not return.

We have not had a reservation from Expedia for a while so I am unsure when you stayed with us. I apologize that you had an awful experience when you stayed with us. It is not standard practice for rooms to be unclean. If you felt that the room was sub par we ask that you should inform us so we can rectify the situation or bring to the attention of head of housekeeping.
