The location of the travelodge was so scary we never checked in. We left to fiind another place to stay.

One of the worst hotels and the manager is so rude and mean . This is the only bad experience which I faced since started with hotel.com year ago

I am shocked that you felt that way after staying 10 days with us. In those 10 days we always full fil your demand . You also liked our Brealkfast that you came to eat religiouly all those 10 days. You had a chance to shortened your stays but you never did. Anyway we always try our best to be humble to our customer .

Outside appeared clean even though it is in a bad area. The managers were abrupt and often rude. They seem to be rather judgmental. I do understand being the area. The room was fairly clean but not what I'm used to. We found a condom and a syringe in the room. It was hard to understand the lady manager and she was always trying to say we were gonna steal stuff. She was rude. I would not return.

We have not had a reservation from Expedia for a while so I am unsure when you stayed with us. I apologize that you had an awful experience when you stayed with us. It is not standard practice for rooms to be unclean. If you felt that the room was sub par we ask that you should inform us so we can rectify the situation or bring to the attention of head of housekeeping.

The reservation was under Sergio's name but we still allow you to stay.He reserved one queen bed for 2 adult and 3 children but we still gave you bigger and better room with no extra chargess .I don't understand that how it make you say that was worst. we are sorry that you felt that way but we need to know that exact problem to correct it.

Horrible! The rooms were gross. The bed sheets wouldn't even stay on the bed. Many times I woke up just laying on the mattress. The people at the front desk (owners) were very rude!! I would rather sleep in my car then ever stay there again!!

If you didn't like the room and notify us immediately we gladly changed it but we were not aware of it.As regarding bed sheet we use all the guest supply recomanded by wyndham worldwide.they fix the length and width of everything we use in room. I know that you found us rude when we asked payment for extra two person while the reservation for two person.we were just doing our job and in return we provide all the facility including breakfast to them.I am sorry that you feel that way.

Good value for the money

The room was a good value for what was paid. We received just the kid of service I like, friendly, but they left us alone. The room was clean, and in reasonably good condition. The neighborhood was not the best, but to be expected from a buisness district. It was convienently located near restaurants and a freeway. Only real complaints were a broken lock on the door, and a poorly repaired shower curtain that didn't allow the curtain to close very well.

I travel for business and I'm pretty tolerant. I want a good bed, a good shower with good water pressure.. and a safe neighborhood. The bed here is OK.. but, because they use flat sheets where they should use fitted sheets, it's not very comfortable. I thought I'd NEVER get hot water, and then when I finally got some, the water pressure in the shower was horrid. The room was "clean" I guess... but the carpets need to be shampooed and housekeeping needs to do a better job of getting in corners, etc. Next time I'm in Fresno, I'll be looking for something else!

Our stay was very relaxing ....the pool was perfect and the lady at the front desk was sweet and nice. She made sure we had a nice stay and when we checked out she gaves us some snacks and water for the ride home. I would definitely stay there again:-) Thanks TravelLodge!
