"Best Place in Mykonos"
This was my wife and I's second time in Mykonos. We stayed at a 4 hotel before and we've stayed in about 6 places total in Mykonos. This place is by far the best, you can't beat the price. It's a short car ride to anywhere on the island and if you need a taxi, they will call one for you. There is a secluded beach about 5 minutes away by walking and a nice little town about 5 minutes by driving. We felt like we got to explore more of the island here and it felt more secluded. Perfect for feeling like a king. Upon arrival, we got welcome drinks, and an upgraded room. Not all rooms get wifi, but ours did! :D The shower was also very nice and a good size for Mykonos. The staff always came around at the perfect time to ask if we needed another drink or anything else. They catered to us the perfect amount, it wasn't overbearing. They were extremely accommodating for our lifestyle as well. Two of the nights, we got drinks at about 3am. We really felt like they wanted us to have the best possible time while in Mykonos. The food was delicious as well! We plan to stay here again soon, and bring friends. I'm so happy we found this place.

"A uniquely relaxing experience"
The facilities here manage to achieve the rare feat of blending a local, Greek experience with the comforts and traditions of an American home. After several weeks of budget traveling throughout Greece, my stay here was incredibly rejuvenating (it is impossible to overstate how pleasant it is to have a coffee maker in ones room in Greece). The staff is a blend of Greeks and Americans, and while I fully support efforts to immerse oneself in the local culture of Mykonos, if you do not speak fluent Greek, tasks such as navigation via the island's system of buses are tenfold less stressful when the opportunity to speak with a native speaker of English is available (not a single Greek on Mykonos understood the word "Klouvas" when I asked about getting there, because I was supposed to pronounce it "Klouva.") This is not to say that the Greeks of Mykonos cannot speak English, and most of them do so quite well, but, rather, that certain aspects of travel in a country with a subpar internet presence (try finding an up-to-date and understandable bus schedule for a Greek city) were made much easier during my stay here. Again, I would like to stress that native Greeks are incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful, especially on Mykonos. The fact remains, however, that those who are visiting Greece for the first time will find their stay here to be less stressful than a stay elsewhere. For all of these reasons, this was the best place I've stayed on a Greek island.

"Really nice hosts and gorgeous views"
When you think about Greece, this hotel is exactly what you're picturing. Blue doors, whitewashed walls, cute little cottage-like rooms. It's way up high, giving you a gorgeous view over Mykonos. A little far from town but that means it's quiet, and there's a free shuttle that takes you to and back from Mykonos town every two hours (also to and from airport/ port for free). Really accommodating hostess: she went above and beyond to organize our time on our last day: she arranges for us to go attend the Dylos tour, asking the cab to drive us straight to the port because we were running late, and then sent us our luggage with the shuttle so we wouldn't have to go back to the hotel.

"Nice calm hotel with a nice beach near by"
Great place to stay, we saw some bad reviews but we took the chance and it was worth it. For us it was very good. The hotel has a very nice beach near, family profile and extremely beautiful. It is far from the city, we rented a ATV and we could go every were with no problem. Very clean look hotel, very charming and we got a upgrade (very nice). I recommend it.

"First time in Mykonos"
Once again, it was a very brief stay at this location due to my travel glitches, so my time was limited at Manolia View. Petroula and her family that run the hotel were amazing and helpful. The view was spectacular...I wish I had had the opportunity to swim in the pool, I loved the outdoor space. Peaceful and quiet. I just wish it had been easier to get to town, my ability to do much in my brief time was reduced greatly because I didn't have my own transportation, but it's a fantastic spot if you're driving. Wonderful accommodations.

"This is a nice hotel but."
The owners and staff all seem a bit cold towards guests, like it seems to be an effort to do anything for the guests. The cleaning lady has a real attitude problem, we asked if our room could be cleaned at about 3.00pm and she came to do it and she was cursing and swearing ( in Greek ) and slamming doors like it was just to hard. We are in our 60s and we like to nap in the afternoon, but each day the same, about 3.00 to 3.30 she would come to do our room with attitude. The owner or manager, not sure was to pick us up at the port but unfortunately he forgot, we had to call his mobile no. And he came about 15 mins later, with hardly an apology. The hotel is also outside of the old town of Mykonos so it is about 10 - 15 min walk to town all downhill. Coming back is a different story about 25 - 30 uphill and many stairs. On the plus side there is a great grill/ taverna about 450 M away called Oregano also there is a supermarket opposite the restaurant. Neil and Joan Pritchard ( Australia )
