The hotel and the staff were lovely. It's in a quiet location so perfect if you want that but if not hire a car and then it's easy to get everywhere eg the beach, local shop or Marbella. Your high up so its steep, walking may not suit most!
We had a suite which was lovely but a few niggles, not a lot of sink space, 2 small bathroom areas are great, 2 showers and 2 toilets but not a lot of space to put your stuff out. Not awful by any means but go light on toiletries! Great room though, lovely.
The shower upstairs also leaks all over the floor as the shower floor doesn't slant. Just be careful!
Also half board does not include any drinks at all. Not even soft drinks with dinner which we didn't realise. Food in the evenings isn't great either. As with most buffets, food gets cold and not great or tasty food. Having said that though breakfast is great!
There is also not a lot of space around the pools and they get taken up quickly. They were renovating one of the pools when we were there which was a shame and the bar area on the roof top so perhaps this will change when all is open again.
I would def go again but only do b&b. Memorable, lovely and great staff.

Located in central position. Hotel was clean light and airy. Room had recently been refurbished in 'Fifty Shades of Grey' Clean and modern with a very private balcony. Hairdryer was very awkward to use as it kept cutting out. Breakfast was good except the hot food was not replenished enough. Swimming pool was being refurbished at this time. Lobby bar only opened from June until mid-September which was most inconvenient!!! If a Hotel has a bar why is it not opened???? Hotel staff cordial but efficient. We had a very good deal from your website so overall it was excellent value for money. Would stay again.

We booked this hotel because of its location and the reasonable room rates. Check in was quick & straight forward. WiFi code was supplied and it worked well in our room which was on the 5th floor. The rooms are a great size. View was excellent. The 1bed apartment was huge for the 2 of us. The room was clean if a little dated. Bathroom was OK. Plenty of hot water. The TV is frustrating because there are so few English channels even though there are 50+ channels programmed in. We weren't in our room much so it didn't really matter. We didn't use the pool area but it looked fine.
We had a comfortable 2night stay and the location is excellent. However, it is in a noisey area of Fuengirola & i would recommend using earplugs to sleep in! The resort was quiet during our stay in April so I would not want to stay here in the summer just because of the noise from the harbour bars and the roads outside. It must be difficult to sleep!
We didn't bother with breakfast. There are many places close by where you can buy one cheaper. There is also a supermarket across the road with a lovely bakery if you don't want a cooked breakfast.
Overall I was pleased with the Pye. It was just what we needed for our 2 night stay. If you want a touch more luxury in your accommodation, less noise & a nicer area of Fuengirola you should book an alternative hotel further up the coast.

Stayed here on a last minute deal. It is situated on the sea front and is only 10 minutes from the rail station which has frequent services to / from the airport and Malaga. Had a twin room with side sea view. Although it was a twin room, the balcony was small and only had room for a table and one chair, so not really suitable if room was occupied by two people; fortunately I was a single occupant. Although free wi-fi internet is available in room, the speed varies and was not stable - connection often dropped and, depending on time of day, took ages to load.

We found the hotel just as we had expected (it was recommended to us) and the staff very charming and helpful. It was also very reasonably priced and, although right in the centre of everything and close to the beach, very quiet. We will definitely go back.

Fuengirola boasts eight kilometres of sandy beaches, flanked by high-rise hotels. Although heavily developed, it retains some local identity and glimpses of its historic past. The old port features traditional fishing boats, while the new marina has sleek yachts. A water park, zoo and water sports are the principal diversions while the weekly flea market is the largest and liveliest on the coast. For a glimpse of yesteryear visit neighbouring Boliche.
