Great position close to all amenities. Looks like it has been recently refurbished as it was spotless. Nice pool area with snack bar available. Room was spacious and great shower. Only a ceiling fan in the bedroom so might get very hot in the summer. Adequate kitchen and utensils.

Nice place to stay!
Nice apartments. Basic but clean and everything you need is in the apartments. Pool area lovely clean and nice gardens. This is out second stay at Villa Florida. We shall return!.

One thing wrong
When I asked if the bar was open, I was told is not owned or staffed by the apartment and was not within their control. It was closed without notice on two full additional days, however, when the bar was available it was clean, tidy with no problems. Nice heated pool with life guard present. Would go again.

Villa florida apts are perfectly located in caleta de fusta- within walking distance to everything. Very clean and only 10 mins in taxi from the airport(€13). I would definitely recommend these apts and would certainly stay here again. Market is on Tuesday & Saturday, again 5mins walk away.Super holiday!

Excellent apartments and customer service in a great location very close to the beach. Only downsides are the free wifi, which only worked half of the time at best and only in particular parts of the poolside (not even in reception), and the issue of the sunbeds - the rules stated in multiple places that reserving of the sunbeds was not allowed, but if you weren't down at the poolside before 10am, you would not find a bed that was not already reserved by other visitors. Enforcing of the "no reserving sunbeds" rule would go a long way to making sure sunbeds don't go "unused" for the majority of the day, which happened every day of our stay.

ideal location
great value for money, great location for beach, shops , and bars, good pool area for sunbathing. The only negatives are apartments are getting tired and need a refurb although nice and clean, beds are also a bit uncomfortable after a weeks stay.

Had a throughly enjoyable holiday in Villa Florida apts. Nice quite set-up within the complex, but plenty of restaurants, bar, and shopping centres on your door step. There was always a plentiful supply of sun beds throughout the day, so I never felt I had to rush out early to get them. Total heaven, maybe it was because we visited end of Oct/Nov, but will look forewarding to staying here again and recommending to others.

Great Vakuen for Money. Amazone Service!
Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 10 days. The Location is excellent. 5 min Walk to the Beach, 2 Min Walk to the Shops and right next door to a reputable bike hire Company who we used to Travel round the Island. The Service is out of this World. Room cleaned every day, a Card and a Bottle of Champagne on my Birthday. Reales outstanding! Dont Hesitate, this is the Place to stay.

Enjoyed spacious, clean, well-maintained apartment. Everything worked. Some rooms have baths, some have showers; they gave me (the last) room with a shower, as I had requested. Good value. Complementary bottle of water and sachets of instant coffee were appreciated. The hotel put a note in the room about the end of daylight saving time the weekend I was there, which was very helpful in catching my plane back!

just returned home after spending 2 weeks in villa florida rooms are ok cleaned everyday except thursdays reception and bar staff and cleaning staff very friendly lots of restaurants and bars nearby music few afternoons in pool bar red lion was very entertaining have been to caletta several times but this was our first time staying in villa florida but definitly go back again

Do Stay At Villa Florida.
This was our 3rd visit in 3 years. 2 weeks this time & glad we did. Close enough to the centre & beach for walking but small enough & attractive "Spanish "style complex to be intimate & quiet. The staff in all areas were helpful & pleasant no matter what Nationality they were trying to help. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Apartmentos Villa Florida are in an excellent location in the centre of the resort. All staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Our apartment was well equipped however, as our stay was in January, the location wasn't great. The terrace did not get the sun at any time. The front door was very hard to open and close and was very noisy. We had a problem with small ant like creatures in the kitchen which meant we ended up having to throw foodstuff out at the start but once we made sure it was well wrapped up or refrigerated it was ok. These are the pitfalls of warmer climates. Overall I would recommend the apartments but would request a first floor room. We did request this but unfortunately the apartments were completely booked out when we were there in January. All in all good value for money apartments - you get what you pay for.

Staff molto disponibile. Struttura molto carina e le parte comuni molto curate. Ottima posizione sia per la passeggiata lungo mare sia per la vicinanza con la spiaggia. Comodo anche se si ha la macchina a noleggio come punto di partenza. L’appartamento carino ma ci vorrebbe un pochino di piccola manutenzione... ma nel complesso bene. Materassi comodi e ci è stato fornito sia lettino che seggiolone per il bambino. La camera e gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati quasi tutti i giorni. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Penso che ci torneremo.

Het gehele complex was goed onderhouden en zag er mooi uit. Ons appartement was het tegenovergestelde. Het kon wel wat onderhoud gebruiken. Lekkage in de keuken. De matrassen waren niet goed. Zakte helemaal in. Roestplekken in de badkuip waren geverfd. Ophanging van de douchekop zat los. Handvaten van de ramen zaten ook los. Pluspunt was dat de poetsvrouw bijna iedere dag kwam poetsen en schone handdoeken brengen.

Kaiken kaikkiaan oikein miellyttävä hotelli.
En keksi mitään huonoa sanottavaa kyseisestä hotellista. Sopi oikein hyvin kahden kaveruksen rentoutus lomalle. Allasalue oli iso ja aurinkotuoleja riitti kaikille. Sijainniltaan erittäin hyvä. Hyvä perustason hotelli.

Bra belligenhet
Dette er tredje gangen vi har vært på dette hotellet. Anbefaler det på på det sterkeste. Rolig og avslappet, samt god service og hyggelige mennesker. Belligenheten er perfekt og gåavstand til det aller meste. Kort vei fra flyplassen og det kostet kun 12 euro med Taxi. Vi er fra Norge

Es ist eine gute Gelegenheit zu Übernachten in der Nähe von Flughafen. Mann erreicht den Flughafen in 10-15 Minuten. In der Nähe gibt es Shoppingcenter.

Dichtbij 't zandstrand, winkeltjes en restaurants.
De eerste dag kregen wij appartement 178, vlakbij 't zwembad. De hele dag lawaai van spelende kinderen, ook de kamer vonden wij niet erg schoon. Dit aangegeven, de volgende dag kregen wij kamer 247 , fantastisch, op de eerste verdieping, schoon, een wijds uitzicht en een groot terras.. Op 5 min. lopen restaurant El Capitan. Heerlijk eten en niet duur. Aan te raden wel vooraf reserveren. Soms live music. Men kan ook langs het rotsstrand lange wandelingen maken. Wij hebben 3 dagen een auto gehuurd en zijn naar de zandduinen richting Corralejo gereden, fantastisch! Ook een aanrader Pozo Negro. Prachtige rotspartijen met onstuimig water! Kortom wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Geweldige locatie, grote appartement, zonnig
Geweldige locatie, dichtbij de strand, winkels, restaurants. Wij hadden 2 terrassen, een in de schaduw, andere (c. 16 m2) de hele dag in de zon. Bedden waren breed, een beetje aan de harde kant. Simpel keuken, maar alles wat men nodig heeft. Schoonmaak 5 keer per week. Prijs-kwaliteit houding uitstekend. Indien je van zon houdt, neem dan de appartement nummer 243 ! Een aanrader. Restaurant Slow Boat tegenover: op woensdag buffet met 30% korting. 4 drankjes + eet zo veel als je wilt voor 2 personen = 18 Euro ! Neem eerst de wokgerechten die de kok vers voor je maakt. Lekker en vers. Beste pub: The Dog and Duck dichtbij de strand en hotel Jorge: goede prijzen, leuke terras, spelletjes voor de kids, een gratis Wi-Fi !
