“Great Place to Relax”

Hotel Staff very friendly and great service. Complex very nice and clean, spacious and well thought out. Lovely Beach down the Hill. The Hill is very steep and maybe not suitable for elderly or people with walking conditions. However, they provide a minibus running frequent trips up and down the hill. And the local Taxi's are very cheap and worth considering using to get back from town. The food I thought was generally good, they don't cook meat quite the way we do at home but I opted for veg & Rice and they had a great selection which was very tasty. I read reviews before I went where others had said the venue was very German orientated. I would have to say that the hotel was very international and it was equally populated with English, French, German, Italians as well as Spanish Holiday makers. We had a great relaxing time, with a little bit of exercise which was available from a reasonably well equipped hotel gym. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a holiday of pure relaxation.

This hotel is lovely. Although on a hill and a good walk to the resort the hotel has everything you would need as a home away from home. The staff are very friendly. Our room was spotless and has much needed air conditioning. The pool areas are fantastic - but be sure to get there early grab a lounger though!

Great Hotel, very clean & comfortable. Food was good and plenty of choice. A bit quiet of an evening.

The hotel was great. The room was big and clean and had everything i needed. There were lots of facilities in the hotel to use if i wanted and various pools and lots of sun beds. The food was of good quality as i normally find 'all inclusive' hotels lacking in this area. There was alot of choice and the food was always fresh. The only area i was less happy with was the lack of help with getting infomation from reception about outsite activities such as the bus service. The infomation i was given was totally useless and we had to pay for a taxi instead.

Nice, clean hotel but too big for me (many people). Kindness staff, good food, clean rooms but hard beds (I can`t sleep comfortable). A bit far from the beach (hotel is on the top of hill, however it may be good excercise, walk around 10-15 min). Close bus stop and local market. Nice people and beautiful place, long stunning beaches with perfect clean ocean :) Good jogging/cycling condition. I love it and recommend.

“great value”

We had a really good holiday. The hotel had many great points. The kids club room, brillant. Never seen one as good as this one and the opening times were equally as good. Soft mats on the floor, loads of space, clean, cool, can't say a bad thing about it. The food was of a very good standard with something for every nationality. The entertainment team were around, but they were not pushy. We have stayed at some places were they physically drag you off the lounger to be completely humilated! The hotel itself is spread over a vast area on a very steep slope. We didn't find this a problem. Our room was a fair walk from the main complex, but to be honest at night this was lovely as it was nice and peaceful, lots of unspolit sleep. Great hotel, great value, lovely beach (bit of a walk, but a chance to walk the food off!) lovely shops in nearby morro de jable. Only one thing to note - lots of steps in around the hotel. there are lifts but they were very busy.

“Not impressed”

Some of the restaurants and bars which were meant to be open were not. There were not enough sun loungers, chairs and tables in the bar areas and there was cockroaches in the restaurant.
