“5* beauty yet question 5* International service?”
Supurb hotel, Staff could smile more with being more attentive to tables and friendlier, Large buisness functions held during residence caused distruption of the pleasure of tranquility to residence and the peace of the sound of the wonderful birds located in the area. However, i chose to stay at this hotel as it promotes peace, tranquility and beauty- eg its spa, flowers and birds are exceptional but large gatherings of buisness men heckelling, shouting and splashing around the pool ruined the entire effect that let the hotel down keep residence and private functions far apart.
5 star hotel, but not 5 star service- Students addressing clients tables have no idea how to attend to clients in a 5 star manner other than to dressing the tables. However the management team in reception were fabulous such as Hos'e (in reception) whom was very caring, attentive, articulate and prompt, he stands to be the star example of 5 star service as one expects to find in any 5 star hotel around the world.
Buffet service-
Great value for money, although evening deserts could do with individual flavours, looked fabulous mostly tasting the same therefore ok for those no any wiser to Michlin 5 star meals.
More variety in fish/ meat choice over 10 days would be nicer than repetative option.
Cava breakfast cute idea, although best to be offered Cava with evening buffet, Cava and canope would have worked better -
Grill Chefs could smile more as not to make one feel a burden.
