We stayed AI Privilege which was definitely a highlight. Having access to the privilege facilities was definitely worth the extra money. The room was spotless and the food was delicious. Would definitely re book.

The location next to the beach with direct access from the hotel was incredible. Rooms were really well appointed for families (we were in a junior suite and had plenty of space). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was not amazing, despite having privilege access to the a la carte restaurants we were not impressed, which is a shame for such an otherwise amazing hotel.

Great hotel with excellent swimming pools for the kids. Kids club was very poor with only one person looking after sometimes 10-11 children. Food was a bit repetitive and not much of an option for children. Beach is amazing and the kids loved it. Rooms are nice and kept clean however the A/C in our room wasn’t great and was a struggle to get to sleep at night as too hot. Reported the problem but they said it was ok. Overall we enjoyed the stay but would probably give the hotel a 8 out of 10. Things to improve on.

Really loved our 5 night stay here. We had the privilege booking and had access to extra amenities. Would go back again in a heartbeat. Kids loved it with all the pools and splash park along with the kids club. The spa was lovely, and the hotel was clean and modern. Staff were mainly friendly, except a few members of staff- who I think were tired/over worked. Only down side would be the buffet doesn’t have a huge range of food- however I didn’t go hungry and had access to both à la carte restaurants. Would really recommend on the whole.

the people working always seemed grumpy, breakfast was always over crowded unless you arrived at 7 am, pools and view from the pool were nice but feurteventura is pretty windy, our room was suppose to have a sunset view but only had a view of the mini golf course, parking was on the street or a dirt parking lot, the room was comfortable and clean, 10 min walk to costa calma town and beach, in the end nothing amazing and mothing very bad but would probably look for something else if i was to come back to the island

Lovely hotel
This is a lovely hotel, it is extremely clean and well looked after. The room was comfortable. There was a wide variety of food at all meal times. The pool areas are fabulous and the views of the ocean are incredible. The only downside is the area, although there are beaches all around the hotel, the area is very quiet with not many bars or shops around. But a lovely stay

Lovely stay. Some services were closed as is to be expected at the moment but they catered for everything really well. Good food, Good service and good drinks. The pool area is lovely and the beach is fantastic! Would happily stay again

Lovely hotel, the drinks were great using high quality alcohol which not many hotels do on all inclusive. The rooms are spotless clean and sea view is breathtaking. Covid secure meassures everywhere. The only thing is that the food in the restaurant is quite repetative and a bit limited but was tasty. Great staff. Great customer service from ebookers when booking.

Mi marido y yo estuvimos 6 días hospedados en este hotel y nos encantó. Estoy embarazada de 6 meses con lo cual queríamos una semana de relax y tranquilidad. Todo el personal fue muy amable. Tuvimos suerte y nos dieron una habitación con vistas al mar así que no tuvimos los problemas de ruidos que he visto en otras opiniones. La comida estaba bien, sobre todo la parte de pasta italiana, aunque los cócteles podrían mejorar un poquito o que por lo menos te pongan una imagen real de cómo son en la carta y no otra presentación totalmente distinta. Los animadores Nacho y Axis fueron encantadores y nos lo pasamos genial con ellos, intenten participar en las actividades y verán que bien se lo pasan! Cuando fuimos, la piscina de agua salada (la que tiene los toboganes para niños) estaba cerrada ya que estaba en obras, con lo cual nos imaginábamos que habría mucho ruido pero no nos molestó. Una sugerencia al hotel es que las clases de spinning en la piscina la hagan en la climatizada, ya que teníamos muchas ganas de hacerla pero el agua estaba congelada y no pudimos. Seguro que volveremos en un futuro y nos tocará usar el mini club :)

First impression was good - given upgraded room but this unfortunately was over the spa and droning kept us awake all night.(had to be moved) Would advise travellers with food intolerances or allergies that the buffet is of no use to you. If you enquire about allergens in the restaurant you are mainly greeted by a shrug of the shoulders. Once complaints are made about this situation you can be offered separate food from a set menu, which is cooked at your request. The restaurant manager, Carlos, was excellent after the original complaints were made. Overall the expectations of a few relaxing days at the beach were spoilt by the first day of unnecessary problems.

Excellent hotel.
Brilliant hotel...we loved our stay. Room was spacious and spotless..lovely toiletries and added extras ie toothbrush, comb, razor etc. Staff on desk very polite and helpful. Great selection of food and something for everyone. Very relaxing holiday and lovely walks on the beach. Lovely outdoor space to relax.Would have no hesitation in going back and hope too. Thank you for a great trip.

The staff in the Reception not nice. My partner last night had diarrhoea and vomiting. Food we had only in the Hotel. I reported this incidence to the reception but the lady was not nice and did nothing. She did not even to listen what he has eaten. It means that no lesson for other customers.

The cleanliness overall of the hotel was excellent. The staff showed a real care! Lunch and dinner staff were helpful and friendly. The pools were not heated. For my personal taste I found the resort a little isolated. The hotel ought to organise day trips, or boat trips...

Got there at 1pm, told to go eat as the room was not ready and will phone me once ready. Got told room is ready at 315pm. Asked if it is a quiet and nice room, reception staff said yes its very nice! No porter so got directions to my room. Opened door and all you smell was mould! I asked to see the upgrade, which was exactly the same as the other room so i declined. The room has no kettle or iron, there was a mini fridge with no drinks or even water, was a safe however all these you need to request and pay an additional cost. Food / restaurant - was ok, very repetitive and bland. Not much choice, and be careful with the meat you choose as most of the meat i chose was pink inside or raw. Strange that they serve chicken nuggets for breakfast!!!! Pool bar served food also, limited choice. There is a Route 66 american restaurant, which I believed that you can use once per stay, this was not the case. Asked receptionist and she stated I had to pay eventhough I was all inclusive! I said im sure its included for me, she told me its not and to prove to her on my booking, how rude! Drinks - drinks are not bad, some known label brands included, however only one person serving behind each bar, and can cause long queues. Gym/Spa - Gym not bad, has a few things to use and adequate. To use the indoor pool, sauna is a 10 EURO charge per visit. Pool - need to pay deposit for pool towels, however 4 pools to chose from. location - Nothing around, hire a car and you will be fine.

We booked this last minute amazing hotel and staff and the hotel was very clean so was our room.... The food was amazing at the main restaurant.... And coffee bar was lovely too... Just disappointed with the restaurant which is called route 66 luckily we had a free voucher for it... But I would never eat there again... It looked like everything was from frozen and cooked in the microwave... Nothing was fresh and nothing was American about the food... The management needs to really think over about route 66 and server fresh food....and not just serve food for the sake of it Vish

Our main problem was the room bathroom layout was cramped as was the balcony stayed in room 490 there was no sunlight in this room all though the day making the room very dark .not something you want on your holiday .asked if we could upgrade our room & was shown a suite which was better but would have to pay another 90 euros but we refused this as it looked onto building work. again not a nice way to spend a holiday so we were told the only option was to keep room 490 for the 3 days we were staying .have moved on to the Barceló royal level which is amazing .

Good if you want a boring week away
The hotel itself is adequate if you just want to lie by the pool. Everything extra you have to pay for such as the sun loungers on the beach, using the pool towels, using the in room safe and eating anywhere other than the below par buffet restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is like a shopping centre and is a 3* at best. There is nothing in the surrounding area just other all inclusive hotels.

Great hotel! Excellent all inclusive option. You get branded drinks, plenty of choice and great food, mikes coffee although wish they open longer. Beautiful pool area, plenty of sun bed, lovely views & stunning beach! Very clean throughout. Didn’t like the spa pool area which is really part of the gym and the room safe trigger additional cost. Some old and broken tools at crazy golf, archery and games room. Overall, very good!

We booked in at H10 Tindaya but on arrival we were told that they did not have a room. They said we were to go to their sister hotel the H10 Playa Esmeralda and offered to pay for a taxi. Our reviews are therefore for that hotel which was fabulous in every respect and we would definitely go there again.

Second time to this hotel. Great location on the beach. Great facilities if others are not using them. Apparently the island now has a cockroach issue. I saw 6 in total including 1 in our room, that said the hotel is spotless. Food is good but a little ’samey’. Overall the staff were good but don’t go beyond the call of duty.

A wonderful second stay
We had a wonderful second stay having had a previous holiday at the same resort 3 years ago. We wanted a relaxing family holiday and that is what we got. We wanted the familiarity of the hotel knowing exactly what we were getting with added bonuses thrown in to boot from the chocolates each evening being brought to our room and the pool slides which were new and the foam party in the pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back 😀

It´s fine for families but boring for couples
The hotel, its facilities, services and entertainment are just normal. The animation is poor and bored. It's fine if you go as a family with children, everything finish at 10.30pm so the families with children can go to bed. After the animation ends, they say that the disco will be on until 12pm, but they play on and on the same music every night (nobody is at the DJ place). I would recommend this hotel to a friend who has children but not to a friend who goes with her/his partner or wants more offer The best thing about the hotel is the friendly staff, the lovely beach and the food.

great stay again. got really busy and very noisy when the italians turned up with VERA club. would whole heartedly recommend this hotel. One thing which is total rubbish is the gym ! should be condemned as equipment is dangerous. Near to beach and windsurfing which is why we stay there.

Great hotel- beautiful setting. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Amazing food- plenty of choice and always hot. With a speciality station every night. Evening entertainment was better than the majority of hotels I've been to. Day entertainment- always something to do and slides in the pool are fun. Crazy golf - great to have in the hotel. Spa- very relaxing and well equipped. Area is very quiet but this doesn't matter as the hotel has everything u need. Definitely recommend. Will be returning.

Great holiday and hotel
Me and my fiancé booked AI holiday in this hotel. The area is very quiet and there's not much to do, however it's surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches withing walking distance. The nearest bigger and lively place - Moro Jable is only 20 mins drive from the hotel with a huge beach so it's worth visiting. Hotel itself is big and kept very clean as well as all hotel facilities. The staff is very hardworking, friendly and polite. Food and drinks were very good with a good variety every day. The only downside of our stay was a smell of damp in our room as it was located on the ground floor, but apart from that there's really nothing to complain about. This place deserves its 4* rating.

Fantastic staff, great hotel
We had a great time at Tindaya. The staff were exceptional friendly, food was great and there was always plenty of space around the pool or on the beach to relax. I had my birthday there and the staff made it feel very special. I would definitely recommend friends or family visit this hotel.

Fab holiday......
Stayed for a week all inclusive. Great location. Staff great, always working hard and always happy to help, serve drinks , clear your table etc.plenty of lifts if you have mobility issues. Beach access by a few steps and a ramp. Can get a little noisy by the pool at times with animation team and music. Great range of food and quality drinks on offer. Would definitely go back. We windsurfed for 5 out of 6 days and you have the choice of 3 locations within a 10 min drive.
