disappointing all inclusive family holiday

Posted Feb 26, 2013
Location: One of the smaller resorts on the island
My wife and I and our teenage son have stayed in many all inclusive hotels over the years, and this was one of the more disappointing. The vast majority of the guests were German and not particularly friendly (I do speak German, and son is learnig at school). There was little or nothing for lone teenagers to do, and the "animation team" was nowhere near as good as in other places of similar size we have stayed. Everything at meal times was self service, and the staff clearing the tables were hard pressed and spoke very little to anyone. The receptionists were business-like but not friendly. The best feature was the deal that allowed unlimited wi fi internet access for 24 Euros for one week!

Staff extremely helpful in all aspects

My husband and I took our 15 year old son with us to this hotel, and had a lovely time, the staff and entertainment grooup were great.I would not hesitate in recommending the location, food and entertainment of the hotel. The majority of the hotel guests were german, but we met some really lovely families who could speak english, and they went out of their way to be friendly towards us
