Nice place to stay
It was really nice to stay here! Some remarks: if there is a safety deposit in the room, why are we expected to pay 2€ per day for it? The same is true for the wifi, if you want it in your room, you have to pay extra for it. I would like to mention also, that the cleaning staff should be more quiet, it is really disturbing to hear them shouting to each other early in the morning.

Lots of steps and hilly both in the complex and to beach and shops. Reception hours very short 10 till 12. We had to telephone to get code to open safe for apt key.

Loved our stay at Punta Marina.
The location of the apartments was excellent being within easy walk to the beach and Morro Jable old town. The apartments have everything you need so are great for a week away although they are a little worn now so do need an update. Scratchy towels and beds that creek with the slightest move. The apartments were cleaned thoroughly every day which was great and we always found the pool empty which compared to other resorts is unheard of. The only main issue was how hot the apartments can get. Even with the rented fan some nights were unbearably hot so made for a sleepless night. We would definitely return but maybe a little later in the year when the nights are a bit cooler. Thank you to the lovely staff.

The Secret is out.
Four times in 2014. Two times in 2015. Probably twice in 2016. The cleanliness of the complex. A great lady in reception - Daniela alway's helpful. A few costs, fan €5 per week. Safe €2 per week. Spar supermarket ten minute walk. Microwave, kettle, toaster,coffee machine and hair dryer in apartment. Reception is only open 10.00 til 22.00. If you contact they will leave water in the apartment. A nice touch was the bottle of Cava in the fridge. Apartments face the hill's so no sun in late afternoon but still relaxing on the balcony. Five minute stroll to the beach. It doesn't get much better than this which is the reason we keep returning.

Great location
I was very sad to leave. The apartment is ideally situated being only 3 minutes from the beautiful beach at Morro Jable. It is a great place to watch the sunset every evening and it is only a short walk to a choice of restaurants. The apartment was in good condition although the three level split within the apartment soon became tiring. There are many steps within the apartment complex and you need to be fit to do this every day (there were 78 steps from my apartment to the front entrance). Facilities were good and the receptionist was very helpful. Although I arrived late in the evening she had left clear instructions for me. I look forward to a return visit.

Desperately Requires Air Conditioning
Enjoyed our 7 day break at the accommodation. The only let down was no air conditioning - trying to sleep was almost impossible because of the heat and unfortunately this tainted our stay. If it was not for this it would have been a very enjoyable stay.

Punta Marina great location & accommodation
We stayed for a week in the Punta Marina. It's a great place to stay, very well run, clean, spacious and in a great location close to the beach and the old town of Morro Jable. I'd recommend Punta Marina to my friends and family. And we hope to return there soon.

WE ARE Just back from a fantastic holiday staying at PUNTA MARINA - the hotel and staff are top notch ,apartment was very spacious and well equipt. The apartment is split on 3 levels: 1)kitchen and bathroom 2)sitting room and a huge terrace with magnificent view over the mountains and the sea 3)bedroom with kingsize bed. Very close to the beach ,nearest supermarket just 5 min.walk ,lots of shops and bars. THE RESORT ITSELF WAS VERY QUITE AT NIGHT,SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A QUITE FAMILY LOCATION -THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE . THE BEACH IS TO DIE FOR, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Se nos ha hecho casi caro para lo que es, piscina normal, parking en calle oscura, aunque gratis y suele haber sitio libre, hay gatos por el recinto que se cuelan, y alguna cucaracha en el baño, es amplio el apartamento y buenas camas, pero falta también luz en la cocina. Le daría un 5 o 6/10.

Gute Lage nicht weit zum Strand und zum Ortskern von Morro Jable. Man findet hier gut Ruhe zum entspannen und kann Dank der vorhandenen Küche sich hier gut selbst versorgen, Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Geräumiges Appartement in der Nähe der Promenade
Geräumiges und ruhiges Appartement in der Nähe der Promenade, nur ein paar Treppen entfernt. Alle Restaurants in Morro Jable in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle Atmosphäre, Essen direkt am Meer. Großer Supermarkt in 10 Minuten Fußweg. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

abgewohnt, einfache Ausstattung, harte Betten
Es ist nicht mein erster Aufenthalt. Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat einen Renovierungsstau. Das Badezimmer konnte aufgrund von Gestank einige Tage nicht genutzt werden (wurde dann aber doch noch abgestellt). Haartrockner vorhanden, aber defekt (Gehäuse gebrochen und lief nur auf kalt). Die Ausstattung ist einfach. Betten sind sehr hart und nicht für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen (so wie bei mir der Fall) geeignet. Das Personal (Empfang/Reinigung/Technik) ist nett und hilfsbereit im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten.

Estuvimos 8 dias mi mujer y yo, alojamiento amplio pero dividido en 3 pisos, por lo que no es apto para quien tenga problemas con las escaleras. Por lo demás muy tranquilo, limpio, con una terraza muy grande y con todo lo necesario en la cocina, se puede bajar andando a la playa

Appartamento su due livelli e mezzo (cucina e bagno) molto tranquillo e pulito, anche se un po' datato e da ristrutturare. Personale alla reception non professionale in quanto oltre ad essere stato costretto al Check-out alle h.10 anziché alle h.12 come indicato da Expedia, mi è stato richiesto il pagamento del soggiorno, cosa avvenuta al momento della prenotazione, facendomi trovare la transazione già pronta della mia carta di credito mai lasciata in reception.

Schöne Anlage, gerne wieder.
Habe 10 Tage mit meiner Freundin dort Strandurlaub verbracht. Zum Strand war es nicht weit, das Appartement war groß genug und sehr sauber. Der Pool war allerdings viel zu kalt, da sind wir lieber im Atlantik schwimmen gegangen.

Posto Grazioso a due passi dal Mare .
Ottime camere tranquille , situate a due passi dal mare e dal centro . Ottima la direzione è l'accoglienza , Si ha tutto ciò che necessita , se si vuol fare un tuffo in piscina , c'è anche quella . Da consigliare a chi ha voglia di relax , in un posto comodo e carino Si trova proprio al confine del hotel Riu .

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Gepflegte App. Anlage, großzügige Appartments mit Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick oder Terrasse auf drei Ebenen. Nicht geeignet für Gehbehinderte und kleine Kinder, da der ganze Komplex aus vielen Treppen besteht. Wen das nicht stört, der kann einen entspannten Urlaub in recht ruhiger Umgebung mitten in einem Urlaubsort verbringen. Die Tankstelle in der Nachbarschaft ist kaum bemerkbar; bietet aber einen 24- Stunden Service. Der große Spar- Markt in Morro Jable mit den günstigsten Preisen im Ort ist in ca 3 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Strand mit sehr feinem Sand ca 3 Min, die Uferpromenade von Jandia mit geschätzten 20 Zollfreien Parfümerien und Zigarettenläden ca 4 Min.Wer nachts gerne feiern geht, sollte einen anderen Urlaubsort auswählen. Ab 11 Uhr wird es sehr ruhig, dazu gibt es noch ein Verbot für Motorräder u.Ä. ab 23.00- 7.00 Uhr Morgens. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Appartements sehr sauber und ausreichend mit Koch- Utensilien ausgestattet. Ein Manko ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. Da alle Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach liegen, sind heisse Nächte garantiert! Auch das Angebot für einen W-Lan Netzzugang wäre eine zeitgemäße Anpassung, daß die umliegenden Hotels schon anbieten. Ansonsten haben wir eine sehr erholsame Woche ohne jeden Ärger in der Anlage verbracht. Bei Fragen und Problemen kann man sich an die sehr hilfsbereite Frau Schmidt in der Rezeption wenden, die auch gerne Infos für Ausflüge und gute Restaurants gibt.

E' il secondo anno che lo utilizzo proprio perché mi sono trovata molto bene: è una piccola struttura, confortevole, pulita, ben curata ed organizzata, gestita in modo professionale. Il personale è gentile e simpatico e la strutura è posta in una posizione ottimale sia per il mare che per lo shopping.

Man bekommt das, für was man bezahlt
Insgesamt ein guter Urlaub. Die Rezeptionistin, Daniela, eine Deutsche, ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Leider hat die Rezeption nur von 10 - 13 Uhr offen (und auch nur dann gibt es die Chance auf Internet, was v.a. dann ein wenig stört, wenn man unverschuldet eine wichtige Mail erwartet). Zum Strand ist die Distanz angenehm, v.a. wenn man nur zu Fuß unterwegs ist, denn dann gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten, jeweils über Treppen und durch andere Ferienanlagen den tollsten und längsten Strand der Insel zu erreichen. Auch Morro Jable als solches ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, gewachsen mit jeder Menge größerer und kleinerer Sehenswürdigkeit. Selbst Geocaching oder einen Heiratsantrag kann man hier erfolgreich durchführen.

Ottima posizione: tranquillo, a 5min dal mare e dal paesino caratteristico, a 10 min dal centro urbano. Ottimi i servizi: pulizia, piscina, non eccessivamente grande ma pulita e ben accessoriata (docce, lettini). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Personale professionale e molto disponibile e attento alla clientela.

Residence Punta Marina - Morro Jable
The residence is very well organized, the rooms are daily cleaned and the kitchen is well equipped. It is 10 minutes far (by walking) from the beautiful Morro Jable beach, even if I would suggest to rent a car in order to visit also different places. By the way, in general I'm very satisfied.
