This property was convenient and located within walking distance of many local bars, restaurants, and local attractions. The room is spacious and the traditional breakfast is delicious.

My family of 3 really enjoyed our 1 night stay here. Convenient location, nice size rooms and wonderful onsen. Being able to use the onsen after a busy day of travel was the best part. We would definitely stay here or any of the Dormy Inn hotels when we are back in Japan.

The highlight as usual dormy inn is the onsen as we can have a relaxing time after a long day of travel. However I thought our room might have been bigger and was different to my expectation from the photos of my booking

Very good hotel All staff are good and kindly to help. Location is good for walk to canal city and temple. Onsen, ramen and ice cream are excellent.

A hotel that goes beyond to make your stay nice.
I love staying at Dormy Inn Hotels because the rooms are bigger and the beds are much nicer than most Japanese hotels in the same price range. The thing I liked the most is their natural hot springs. They also gave me one beer and ramen from 9:30 pm on the house. I really recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay
Right in the temple district, with easy walking access to Hakata station and into town for shopping etc. Decent sized rooms with everything that you need. We were placed on a club floor as well which has a room with hot coffee, orange juice and massage chairs. Hot baths were decently sized and lovely. The only thing was that the wifi was a bit dodgy at times.

來日本點都要住下溫泉酒店
原先以為袛園這地方去那裏都要搭車， 原來去運河城， 天神地下街都可步行去到。 酒店有提供shuttle bus 去博多車站 ，只限單程， 而且只有上午有提供。 大堂有微波爐及咖啡提供。 房間整潔乾淨， 雖然連續入住沒有人清潔房間， 但會每日提供乾淨的毛巾。房內雪櫃夠凍， 可以買定雪糕隨時食都唔怕溶。 溫泉是室內的， 使用的人數不算多。也有sunna 房。 不論何時， 職員都很helpful並帶笑容。

I strongly recommend you to include breakfast during the accommodations Room is decent , double bed , isn’t big enough for two people Location is ok , there’s shuttle bus between hotel and Hakata station I usually walk to hakata station by 15min walk Good to explore city by walk

The staff at reception were very helpful, attentive and pro active. Location was excellent as it was walking distance to many 'must see' places yet quiet. Did not bother with breakfast which is easily available at the subway stations n many convenience shops around. Enjoyed the onsen nightly which was clean n well maintained.

Guests are provided with comfortable leisure wear for use inside the hotel and Onsen/spa areas. On arrival in the room there were disposable toothbrushes, razors and hair brush & comb. In addition a multi plug charger with adapter was provided in the room. We have traveled widely and thought the facilities provided at the hotel (particularly bearing in mind it is rated as 3*) were very good.
