This Hilton property is sadly mediocre. The lobby, shopping gallery and restaurants are all fantastic. The room left much to be desired. The bed was uncomfortable. Our “sea view”, despite being on the 11th floor, was obstructed by a massive glass dome. House keeping didn’t show up the first day of our stay. But the other staff was kind and helpful, inasmuch as they could be... we don’t advise booking a room through a third party, such as hotels.com, because Hilton will treat you like second class citizens. Use instead your Hilton Honors account to make your reservation, you will receive much better treatment. Or better yet, find a different hotel in Fukuoka.
