Second choice, well worth it

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Maybe just the air conditioning, could be a little cooler at times.
Location: Location was close to my family, mall was close by in Raleigh, beautiful flowering trees, nice area.
I was 1st registered at the Quality Inn in the same town. It was a nightmare, pool was not in use and green, staff not knowledgeable about fitness room, broken hair dryer. Dishonest staff person who tried to charge me extra night and rude. I moved to The Comfort Inn, and was very pleased!! We had a awesome time and will book again, thank you!! Pool was clean and we used it everyday, breakfast was great and staff was more then accommodating.

A few more items should be available for breakfast and better access to the microwave would be great. Our room and the hotel were clean and in good condition.

A typical Comfort Inn. Room was clean and well kept. Price was pretty good as well. There is a restaurant within walking distance as well.

In booking this hotel, I didn't expect to be staying at the Ritz Carlton. For what this hotel was, it fit the bill perfectly for my stay. I had work in the area and this hotel had a perfect location for me. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very helpful.

Staff was great! Two easily fixable problems would have made the stay perfect: room was extremely cold when we checked in, and it took overnight to fully warm up; Kleenex ran out and was not replaced by housekeeper despite us leaving empty box on front of sink counter

Lot's of pizza establishments, Denny's and others close to hotel. Convenient to downtown. Very nice accommodations.

Smoke Detector Problems

Pros: The self service complimentary breakfast.
Cons: The smoke detector safety system.
Location: Location is satisfactory.
When we checked into our hotel about 11:30 P.M., the smoke detector kept beeping like it had a burned out battery. After five unsuccessful trips to have it fixed (until 2 A.M.), I finally covered it with a towel to lessen the noise level of the detector. The next day the hotel fixed the detector but we definitely lost one night's sleep after a twelve hour drive from Pennsylvania to North Carolina.
