Breakfast is awesome. They have fresh omelette, French toast and even Asian varieties. Loved the miso soup, nato and steamed rice.

The only issue there was and it wasn't a big issue is with parking when I first arrived. I did find a parking spot but around 15 to 17 parking spots were taken by two trucks with trailers and an 18 wheeler. May need to work on this issue. Other than that it was all good.

The stay at Hampton Inn Gadsden/Attalla I-59 was a very nice and clean place to stay. I would stay there again. It was quite and very clean where ever you went. The food was good. I enjoyed staying there.

This was a great place to stay. We had a family weekend in Gadsden and this hotel was great! The pool was so clean and nice. The rooms were very nice and clean and all of the staff were so nice! We enjoyed the breakfast very much as well!

I reserved 2 rooms, each accessible with two queen beds and a roll-in shower. I received email confirmation indicating 2 rooms, accessible, had been reserved for my party, my husband and I, my adult son and nephew, a parapalegic. The room I got did not have a roll-in shower, but a tub/shower combination. Unfortunately, my condition prevents me getting in a tub. The second room was reserved for my adult son and adult nephew. It was NOT a handicapped accessible room,but a regular room. Upon learning of this situation, I immediately reported it to the staff at the front desk. They denied any responsibiity for the "mix-up", placing all responsibility on the third party through which I made the reservations. I then called the third party and their representative explained that all the information concerning rooms available and their descriptions is supplied by the hotels. I then spoke again with front desk staff relating the information the third party had given me. I was told "sorry, we are completelt booked up for the weekend and nothing can be done." End of story: We reserved and paid for accommodations that did not get. Via this transaction, the third party got its money; the hotel got its money. And what did we git?

Hello Dayle, I tried to call you but was just able to leave a message. Let me begin by saying I apologize for the mis-communication with Expedia in booking your rooms. When we received your reservations from Expedia they were for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds hearing accessible only. The room type they were booked in was NQRUG (hearing accessible only). We were able to change 1 room to mobility accessible when you arrived. We do not have a room in our hotel that has 2 queen beds with a roll in shower so we were not able to change the reservation to that room type. We did offer to move your 2nd room to mobility accessible on Saturday but you declined. We do have 1 room in our hotel that had a King bed with a roll-in shower but it had been booked by someone else for the weekend. I understand that you have ADA issues and I am so sorry we were unable to accomodate your needs. Hilton Guest Assistance has issued a refund for you and is mailing it to your address. Hopefully you will receive it soon. Respectfully, Cindy

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was in a great area for shopping and eating. The hotel sits back a bit off the main highway so it was quiet. We would stay here again.

I stayed here one night with my little purse dog. All went well, I had to pay the $75 pet fee, but the property is nice and clean. There is a designated dog walk area with a clean-up station, and I could even have breakfast with my dog as long as he was in a carrier. Great experience!

I just stayed in 5 different hotels and this one was by far the best breakfast of all of them. Multiple options for everyone and the room was clean with an actual working thermostat. Will stay again.

Everything was clean except shower doors - they need to be replaced. Chair in room was wobbly - needs to be replaced. Breakfast was excellent! Room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. Very happy overall. Prices are high everywhere these days but was good for one night.
