Carpet seemed dirty. My white socks were dirty after walking around the room in them for a couple of hours. Bathroom smelled vaguely like urine. I loved the friendly staff. Beds and sheets were awesome.

To start, I want to say that this hotel is not three stars as advertised. I have been in two-star hotels and they look much better than this one. When we checked in, they told us that we had to pay a fee for my dogs and when we booked, they didn't say anything at all. That's well hidden even at the bottom of the page. They didn't even give us a discount because it was their fault that they didn't explain to us when we were checking out the rooms that we had to pay a separate charge for the dogs and we did the checking in at 8 pm very late but they didn't even care about an apology. They simply told us that we had done it through Hotel.com and that it was not their fault that, they had not explained to us, the disgusting carpets and the very dirty air conditioning.

They graciously allowed us to park our long 43’ trailer and truck in their parking lot. Both lady’s working the front desk were extremely courteous. Hotel appeared to be well taken care of. Room was nice and clean. Great place to stay.

The property was beautiful. The room was excellent and was big enough for two people. The sheets, pillows, and bed linings was comfortable, that made a good night rest. The breakfast area was clean and had a lot of different items to choose from. Front desk employee was helpful. The only thing that I did not like, when I asked the front desk employee about paying the hotel bill in cash, she stated that they do not accept cash payments.

Conveniently located off of Highway 85, but it smelled stale. Dirty carpets in hallway. Front desk person was smoking right outside the front door, and smoke wafed into the lobby. If you have allergies to perfume, as I do; strangely the sheets or pillows smelled of perfume. All in all, it was convenient to Highway.

My first room was clean but the bed sheets in the second room I had to move to were dirty. There was a dirty piece of tissue stuck in the peephole, dust and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling.
