“Good location, not much else to say..”

Too expensive for this somewhat clean room with an outside door that stuck and bathroom door that didn't lock. We just came to town for the Gator game so it served it's purpose.

“Let down”

My room smelled quite damp and humid and the reason was a tub 25% filled with black, murky water: bio-waste or cleaning solution, that I don't know. So this compels me to rate the 'Condition and Maintenance of the hotel' so low. However, they were very good about getting me another room that was much cleaner. Overall, however, the price of the hotel is high enough to hold them accountable for better quality rooms. All in all, stay here if value (relative to the rest of the Gainesville Market) is your primary concern. Otherwise, spend the extra $15 or $20 and get a clean room elsewhere.

“Dissapointing”

Room not clean, door lock needed to be reprogram on two occasions, causing me to be late for a business appointment. Remember, time is money! No ice Expedia should check out these hotels before they conduct business with them. We were just as disappointed with Expedia as we were with the hotel.

“Third world-like”

Absolute minimal acceptable quality, but better than sleeping in your car.

“ABC Motel Gainesville, FL”

Hotel is close to University of Florida and the price was ok but it has a bad reputation. Room was clean. Spend more money and stay at a different hotel.
