The bathroom had hair pushed behind the door upon our arrival. There were raised stains of some sort on the walls throughout our room. Also, the bed was broken in the middle.

A family was sitting out on the sidewalk with all their bags for at least 6 hours the evening I checked in.. right next to my room. .. had been kicked out but not off the property... I called office twice as I was very concerned. The agent was trying to be helpful she just didn't know what to do but she did call the police... They were finally gone around 9:30 10:00 pm... The phone in the room did not work the hair dryer in the room had a short in it... The only good things I can say was it did seem to be a clean room the shower worked great and the office clerk was friendly and trying to be helpful.

Very old facility, furniture dirty and need to be replaced, hall ways very dirty and full of litter, have not been swept in years.staff friendly, other then coffee no breakfast. Bathroom clean and kept up, street very loud all night, bring ear plugs. Overall it's a ok for a night but highly overpriced for what you get.

Hotel on a very busy main road
The parking lot is extremely tight and it is a squeeze even in a smaller, compact SUV vehicle. The cleanliness was great! However, the location was a huge disappointment. The images of the hotel were very misleading and did not show the hotel being located on one of the busiest main roads of that city! Would not stay again ONLY because we had wanted a more quiet, relaxed "out of town" feel, not a "right in the middle of a busy city" feel.
Like: price. Dislike: needs more updating and extra detail cleaning, notice areas were missed cleaning!! It made me feel uneasy (possibly catch something!!!!.
Nothing my room was dirty TV remote didn't work.There was no breakfast. Spoke with front desk they didn't have another remote.I checked out 2 days early

The place was Ok the day shift Clerk was no friendly or helpful at all the night shift man Was nice and helpful
I guess you get what you pay for. The check in area had security glass around it and you weren’t able to enter the lobby (at 8pm). Never a good first sign. The room was clean but not comfortable, it was very bare bones. The bed had no mattress topper and was clothed in only a sheet and a VERY thin blanket (in December). The floors were a cold hardwood. Bathroom was tiny. We left shortly after checking in because we felt we would not be able to relax given the sketchy feel of the property and the uncomfortable room.

Booked for 5 nights (wed.-sunday) non refundable for 2, friday husband drove home (5+ hrs) daughter/girlfriend drove (5+ hrs) to location and the brought service dog but no papers, arrived after midnight, was told they could stay in car with dog then an approx hour later he came told them they had to leave premises putting two young women in a bad situation for no reason, i got 2 hours sleep b4 working all day and had to get a ride from 30 miles away. Said there wasnt room for them to sleep in car with dog for 4 hrs, i believe $500+ i paid for room warrented a parking spot. I slept there the Sat. night but then stayed somewhere else Sunday night even though it was paid for just bc the situation was handled so poorly. Parking was terrible at the hotel anyway, and the guys inconsistent poor attitude would have probably gotten the police called had my husband been there.

The reviews for this place seemed okay so we decided to give it a try. Boy were we very disappointed. We are not very picky, but this place was very run down. The beds were not comfortable at all. I didn’t sleep at all the two nights we were there. After the first night, I asked the lady in the front the next morning if we could have a refund for the second night that we were not going to be staying and told her why. She was rude and refused. DO NOT STAY HERE!! What a waste of money and time.
Not bad, check in was quick and basic, room standard. Could have used a better cleaning as there was still previous person's crumbs, etc on floor. It was fairly comfortable for hotel of this price range. Parking area TINY and i mean TINY. I have a van and if anything larger than a compact parked in certain spots there is NO getting in passed them. Overall not bad.

Everything about this hotel was totally fine with the glaring exception of the check in staff. I made my reservation 6 months ago and when I got to the front desk I was told rather rudely that I was wrong and I must not have ever made a booking. After contacting Hotels.com and having them confirm to the gentleman that I did indeed have a reservation (I guess he didn’t believe me) they tried to push my booking info to him via email and fax. However, he claimed to not know his work email login or how to use the fax machine. After 45 fruitless minutes on hold with Hotels.com while they were talking to him on the other line he just said he didn’t know what to do and why doesn’t he just make me a new booking. We did that, except he then charged me 15 dollars more than my original reservation. He was so blindly incompetent that I just went with it as it was now 1 AM and I wanted to go to bed. I tried to get the problem corrected in the morning and a different employee told me that no one with the authority to correct the issue would be working until a full 2 days later. Bottom line: I paid more money because the staff are completely ineffectual and appear to have almost no job training. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on this sole factor. It was quite possibly my worst hotel experience of the past few years and I travel a lot, having spent over half of the summer in hotels thus far. An absolute joke.

Not very clean and tidy looking. When I booked online through Expedia I chose a non-smoking room, but they placed us in a smoking room. I have a 10 month old baby and am currently pregnant so this was absolutely unacceptable. Then we had to wait a while for them to put us in a non-smoking room, making us late for a wedding that we drove 6.5 hours for.

During the night at 3 am someone was yelling and pounding on the door next to my room. it went on for about 10 min. Then started up again around 4 am. They were yelling open the God damn door. The room smell like smoke. Very disappointed in the stay. Will not return.
