Great stay. Simple and fast check in/out procedure. The highway was close and a tab bit loud, but the no-hassle rental process made it worth the cheap rates!

Fine for just one night

Posted Oct 15, 2014
Fine for just one night. Very dated room. Pool was good. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. Room had a strong pet urine smell what we didn't like. Also you know there is a problem with the smell when they have a dehumidifier sitting in the room. Will not stay again.

nice time

Posted Oct 6, 2014
Pros: location
Cons: breakfast
Location: Near Oaks Mall and Rt 75.
Nice and clean except for a few small ants. But hey it's FL which can be expected. The staff was beyond friendly and very helpful.

Next to interstate. Re-decorated rooms. Old Hotel

Posted Oct 6, 2014
Pros: Price, location
Cons: Smell of rooms; cleanliness of parking area
About 5 minutes from interstate (even though right next to it)--have to take service road and a couple lights. Busy--hotel sold out that night and not even a football weekend. Rooms old style but with updated re-decorated linens and furniture. Old style AC unit in room. Refrig in room. Breakfast free--eggs, bagels, etc.

Three ladies here for the Florida/ Kentucky game

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Cons: New carpet and an updated bathroom.
Location: We were her for the game.
Stayed at a different hotel the night before for the same price. This hotel was a step down. Beds seemed clean, air was good and cold, but the bathroom was not updated. It was just ok. The other hotel was clean and had a nice bathroom for the price. Hard not to compaire the two

Gator Season Opener

Posted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: Location, price
Cons: renovate facility
Location: Oaks Mall near; restaurants conveinant
Carpet needs replaced (seems to stick to your bare feet) , A/C should be replaced (noisy, runs all the time regardless of temp set)
