“Satisfied Customer”

I have used the hotel twice and have had good service both times. The counter staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and updated. The hotel is centrally located and cookies await you in the lobby!

“Excellent service”

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, not only to us but to other customers that I observed them interacting with. The only down side was that you could hear nearby I4 in Gainesville. But this was offset by the convenient location and excellent choice of restaurants nearby.

Front desk staff were incredibly helpful with kid friendly restaraunt recommendations and attraction recommendations. They even baked cookies every afternoon at 4 pm!!

We found the Comfort Inn West very comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast. Location was convenient. I would choose to stay here next time we visit Gainesville.

I stay in this place for 3 days, everything was very good, the hotel is very clean and maintenance is extremely satisfying, breakfast are also good. Friendlly and helpfull service. Only problem may be it is a bit far from city, if u dont have a car it can be problem.

We stayed at multiple motels on this Florida trip and I really don't remember our stay here very well, as it was only for one night. I don't remember anything negative, and it was very convenient to the interstate.

The front desk clerk was extremely courteous when we checked in in the late evening. The breakfast was also above average, specifically the hard-boiled egges. We have stayed at this hotel previously, and will continue to do so in the future.

I always trust and enjoy Comfort Inn. There are several hotels near this one, but of all those there I would still go back to Comfort Inn. The rooms are nice, and they have GREAT pillows! The staff is courteous and helpful and the coffee is tasty!

For the price, this is a solid choice. We would definitely stay here in future trips. The room, the service, the breakfast, everything was clean, efficient, and well-run.
