“Great stay!”

check in was quick and they gave me a complimentary upgrade to accommodate my family. The kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of traveling. There was a nice variety of breakfast choices and the attendant was very friendly. Check out was easy and the desk staff was very pleasant.

“Best free hotel breakfast/Terrific Indoor Pool”

The no-extra-cost breakfast included two types of omelettes as well as bacon and sausage, also french toast, waffles and pastry, plus juice and fruit and more. The indoor pool is very large and the entire enclosure is nice. It is a "resort-style" atmosphere which children greatly appreciate. The staff is extremely friendly, and despite the room costing at the high end of the price range for this type of accomodation, I have stayed there several times due to the "value-added" features.

“I'll look for Country Inn & Suites where I travel”

The minute I walked in the lobby, I felt at home and welcome. Warm, inviting interior and clean guest room made my stay so relaxing. Continental breakfast turned out to be more like a breakfast buffet, with eggs, sausage and bacon, freshly cooked and served non-stop. The parking lot was filled with cars at night, and I can understand why. I'm definitely staying at this hotel next time I travel to Gainesville.

“Great Experience”

Had a great experience at the Gainesville, FL Country Inn and Suites. The 2 queen bed room we had included a spacious bathroom, wired and wireless internet service, a microwave and a small refrigerator. The service was outstanding from everyone. Everyone we met, at the desk, at the breakfast room or throughout the complex, greeted us in such a friendly country manner. The breakfast was steps above what I expected of complimentary servings. They even kept the free coffee and hot water machine available for use 24/7. The lobby was so decorated that we used it to take family pictures. We used the indoor pool, jacuzzi and the business center. All these amenities were in great shape, free and fulfilled our needs. I saw where other reviewers had complained of the highway noises. With the curtains drawn, I found the road noise acceptable for a location next to an Interstate highway and had a good night's sleep there. I have programmed their location in my car's GPS and planned to stay there every time I am in Gainesville. Located a short walking distance ( 2 minute) next to a Cracker Barrel and a 15-20 minute drive to the U of FL stadium. And yes, be sure to sample thegreat cookies served at the desk.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in while visiting Gainsville. I was very impressed with the service and staff.

What made this hotel so enjoyable were the little things, staff calling to make sure the room was to our satisfaction; the availability of a computer room full with printer, fax machine and all the needed supplies, and finally the surprisingly enjoyable continental breakfast.

This hotel stay was an extremely great experience. There was plenty of room for everyone. The complimentary wi-fi service was an added benefit we all enjoyed. Location was excellent. It was only minutes to all we needed to do.
