“Cannot Miss”

This is a top-notch mid grade hotel. Sure, you will most likely stay at a fancier hotel in your life, but for the money, this was fantastic.

“NCAA Championships - Gainesville”

We would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was certainly rated properly with 4 stars and could have even been rated with 5 for a family stay. The rooms were very well equip with every comfort we needed. It was extremely quiet and very lovely!

We stayed here overnight on our way to Disney World. I cannot express my gratitude to the wonderful people who work at the front desk enough. We accidently left all of our Disney tickets and reservation information in our hotel room at check out. When I called after we had been on the road and asked them to look, the front desk told me to not hang up and she sent someone up to see if they were there. That alone kept me from weeping horribly. I am forever grateful for their help and honesty. I would recommend the hotel to everyone!!!

“This is a great hotel - Great Gainesville place to stay.”

Have stayed in Marriott's and Marriott Courtyards across Florida and across the country. Did not expect the standard to be so up to par with all the other great Marriott's in more upscale areas, such as Boca Raton. However, it absolutely was! Room comfortable, upscale, new, contemporary and classic. Breakfast buffet was marvelous. Personnel so friendly and helpful. Although this has never been my first choice for staying in Gainesville before (we go to many athletic events), I most definitely will be back to this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Marriott. The accommodations are updated and modern and the room looked and smelled clean.

I wasn't sure what to expect after reading other reviews but we were pleased with our hotel. Staff was very friendly and the room was just fine for our one night stay. Clean and comfortable. Would stay here again when in the area visiting our family and would recommend to others.

A comfortable, no-surprises hotel. Staff was friendly, especially in the breakfast area. Hotel is a roadside strip-mall location, near nothing.

“"You certainly don't get what you pay for!"”

We were given a room next to the elevator and ice machine so we asked to be moved. The next room was better until about 1 a.m. It was about that time when people started running up and down the halls laughing and screaming. They stopped before we could call the front desk to complain about the noise. I didn't think the accommodations were worth the price we were charged and will not return for a future stay.
