Dated facilities. Seen better, and worse

Posted Feb 16, 2015
Pros: It needs remodeling, better plumbing, and better soundproofing.
Cons: The pet policy is terrible and poorly communicated
Room was clean but dated. Plumbing is loud and the walls are thin. Their pet policy is absurd and not well-communicated either at the hotel or on this website. $10 per pet per night, and if you don't tell them you have pets, there is an additional $250 cleaning charge. Absolutely ridiculous. At least give people fair warning before trying to stick them with such an unfair charge. Sad to say, this is far from the only hotel that has this practice. Luckily I found out in time and had a place to put my dog to avoid the charge, but I would not consider this a pet-friendly hotel and would not recommend it to anyone looking for one.

Pretty sketchy hotel near University

Posted Feb 10, 2015
When I drove up to the hotel around 7:30 pm I wasn't sure if it was in business anymore. All of the street signs were turned off and it looked very run down. The front door to the lobby was slightly ajar and looked broken. I checked in without a problem and got to my room. It was a first floor room opening right into the parking lot. The room was at least secure and mostly clean looking except the bathroom, which had signs of mold and hair on the walls of the shower. The furniture was old and one of the chairs was broken. The comforter on the bed was ripped and yellowed with age and there was no fitted sheet on the bed - there was just bare mattress under the loose sheet. IF I hadn't prepaid with no refund available I would have found a new hotel. I have 2 more trips planned but I will not be staying here...

Pros: Close to downtown
Cons: Rooms need updating and soundproofing
The room was noisy The hotel . A group of students rented four rooms around us and partied until 4am. The motel had to call the police twice to get them to calm down. The motel is old and needs updating and soundproofing the walls and winows rattle when people walk on the upper halways and when doors close. Hot water was infrequent and went out in the middle of our showers.

Very Satisfied With Days Inn

Posted Jan 19, 2015 on Hotels.com
So glad that you asked. Our stay and the Days Inn Motel was excellent...except for the rate that you committed us to, and charged us before we even stayed there... that was $15.00 higher than the rate that I could have gotten on my own as a US Veteran. Not good, Boys and Girls!!! Don't advertise the lowest rate if you can't deliver! Spence Wainright

Ca 20 min från downtown. Nära universitetsområdet. Ok boende till ett ok pris.
