“Great Gainesville location”

This Hampton Inn is very convenient to the University, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms have been updated with the latest amenities. The breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful and efficient. Be aware that if you choose a first floor room, it will be an exterior room. If you are a Gator fan, you will enjoy the lobby decor, especially on game weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was extremely clean. Usually indoor corridors smell musty, as well as the room when you first enter, but not the case here. Our stay was very quiet, with a comfortable room at a great price. We'll definitely be stopping here again when we need to stop over!

“Will ALWAYS stay here”

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The price was very good, and the hotel was beautiful. It was very clean and cozy. It was very easy to find and close to lots of restaurants and stores. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of choices. The rooms were a great size, comfy beds, and a super clean bathroom. Everyone at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We had a terrific experience and plan on staying at this hotel often.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hampton. It was super clean, wonderful breakfast, staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, comfortable. Very nice pool!

“One of the best we have stayed at in Gainesvill”

Although this hotel is not on 13th street it was far cleaner, newer and more comfortable than any of the other hotels we have been at on 13th street. The only other hotel that was even close in quality was the Holiday Inn on 13th and University, which was about twice the price.

Attention to detail was the key to our great experience. It was apparent when we arrived that the hotel has great management and motivated employees. The room would have passed an inspection at boot camp! The bathroom was spotless...super clean tub, super clean shower curtain, super clean floor, etc, etc. It even had a great Rain Bird shower head. My wife likes a little noise when she sleeps and this thermostat control allowed me to turn the fan to continuous and leave it running...and best of all the compressor did not make a loud bang each time it kicked on off so my wife slept like a baby. The beds were comfortable, the down spreads were great, the big flat screen and clock radio were good, and the TV had lots of premium channels. Next to our room was the fitness center and the same floor had a heated swimming pool. The morning breakfast was almost standing room only and everyone had a great meal. Nothing was over the top....this hotel simply offers great value and cleanliness for your money. Will stay next time.

“convenient to UF”

Nice, basic hotel. Good breakfast spread. Convenient to UF. Only negative was that our first floor room had a noisy de-humidifier in it.
