The room was horribly designed and didn't at all feel like a suite. The pool was dirty and wasn't cleaned, the gym was in ramshackle condition, the day staff couldn't care less that there was a fly in my orange juice, the breakfast food was nasty and had plastic cups and paper plates. The hotel was supposed to be a Hampton Inn, not Motel 6!

Desk staff was very friendly. Told me the quickest way to get to where I needed to be. Housekeeping was excellent. Beds and Pillows a little uncomfortable. Will definitely stay again

The only dislike I had was the pipes broke because of the winter weather and got some of the room wet and they moved me to the 5th floor and I didn’t have hot water from 10am to 4pm.

Our room was clean and comfortable with a variety of choices for breakfast. We had a little trouble adjusting our heat which was frustrating, but overall it was fine for one night.
