“very friendly staff”

Went up for UF visit and was pleasently surprised for the price ~ very comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. Even did some shopping next door at Cracker Barrel ~ Big Sale!

“Clean & Convenient”

Holiday Inn express was close to my destination. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Best of all the price was right for what they offered.

“Best Price for the nicest hotel in area”

Found hotel very easily. Checked in very quickly, nice staff. Room was very clean and was big enough for 3 adults and 1 child for 1 night. (We even brought a blow- up bed for my 7 yr old son to sleep on). Great night's sleep. Right next door to Cracker Barrel so we just walked right over for dinner :-). Had to get up early and check out, didn't have to do anything!! Just walked right out!! So Easy! Only negative thing I would say, Friday night was kind of full (large group with antique cars) it was hard trying to find a parking spot when we came back to the hotel after leaving and returning a couple hours later. But I would not imagine that is an every weekend occurrence so it didn't have a negative influence on my review. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great little hotel... Right next to Cracker Barrel. Nice breakfast...Well worth the price.

“Very clean”

Hotel was very clean, and staff was friendly. Was conveniently located next to Cracker Barrell and not far from other stores and restaurants. Bathroom area was kind of small and sink was outside shower, which depending on which way you look at it could either be good or bad. Overall a very good experience!! Would definitely recommend.

“Very Nice Place to Stay in Gainesville”

Perfect balance of cost and quality. Conveniently located to the interstate, the University of Florida and the local Dunkin Donuts. (Breakfast spread was very nice, but D&D has our fav coffee). Everything was really good. The only critique I could have is the pillows could be more comfortable. That's typical and why we usually bring our own, but forgot to pack them in the car. I really liked that we could turn the AC/heater completely off. Even the quieter units can keep me from sleeping well. The one at this hotel was pretty quiet. Even better that we didn't need it and was able to easily press the "OFF" button. Anytime we're in Gainesville to visit or daughter and/or watch the Gators play, we're staying here.

It was great! Everything was clean, the staff was accomodating and pleasant, and the amenaties were great with fresh cookies available and coffee and tea 24 hours a day.

“Great Gainesville hotel!!”

We had an absolutely great experience. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and extremely accommodating. And the room (2 queens) size was perfect. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety. And the evening hot cookies was a very nice touch for the kids.
