Disappointed that they gave us a Smoking Room after requesting non-smoking. Kids have allergies. Then the staff did not bring us towels until after 4 requests....and received as we were leaving. But the breakfast food was fantastic and the service of the staff in the food area was GREAT! She also gave us a bag of fruit as we were leaving and a bunch of candy. Overall a good experience.

Plenty of things for the kids to do with pool and basketball court. Decent breakfast and plenty of space for a family of 5. Wish we would of gotten a nonsmoking room. Very clean but we could smell the smoke.

Hotel staff was very pleasant and upgraded our room at no extra cost. Room was a small apartment! Two very comfortable double beds in one room and one sofa with a pull-out bed on the living room. We did not use it but them but both the pool and gym looked great. With the fully equipped kitchen and the 2 HD TV's we could have stayed a month! Will definetly consider this hotel again.

When we arrived the front desk could not find our reservation and told us we probably booked at the Hilton Garden Inn. They finally found it once we showed them our confirmation number. Then the next morning we looked at our bank account and noticed that they charged us for our stay even though everything was already paid for ahead of time and so they had to contact our bank in order to refund us our money back for double charging us. Then to finish it off we noticed we left our dog's crate in the room by the time we got home from our trip. Other hotels that we have stayed in called us if we left anything big behind once they noticed but this hotel didn't bother to notify us. It took several phone calls and messages for them to finally call us back and let us know that they indeed had our dog's crate there. Overall, we were not pleased with their quality of service and would not go back there again.

Even if they were doing some work in the hall ways the building was very clean! The staff was amazing!! We stayed in the one king bedroom suite and we LOVED IT!! The breakfast was GREAT!! WE LOVE HOMEWOOD SUITES!!
