Perfect if there are 4 or less in your family.Posted Nov 25, 2013
Pros: Staff was friendly and polite.
Cons: The hotel could have been better prepared for their busy weekend. We would have been much more comfortable and happy with 2 queen beds.
Location: Good location. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. It is close to I-75.
Everything would have been great with this stay, expect our family of 5 was cramped. When I booked the room, of course the website asks the number of children and their ages. We have a 10 year old and twin 8 year olds. Our room eneded up being a King suite. The tiny pull-out couch was fine for 2 of our children, but we ended up putting the third in the bed with us. A double room with the pull-out couch would have been fine. Also, I called to confirm that we would be arriving late and was assured the room would be ready. When we arrived after 10 pm with 2 sleeping children, it was "ready," meaning available, however, the pull-out couch was not made into a bed yet and there were no extra sheets or pillows in the room. Because they were booked to capacity and maybe short staffed, this meant we had to go downstairs to the front desk to get the extra sheets (no more pillows available!). This was frustrating, to say the least, after a long drive and late arrival. Breakfast the next morning was pretty busy. The staff was friendly and helpful, but we had to wait for utensils and clean dishes. Although this was a busy home football game weekend, and the hotel was completely booked, they did not seem prepared for the high volume of guests.

Family emergencyPosted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: The comfort, the food was excellent with a very friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing at this location
Location: Great location, just off the beat so no traffic noise
It met all my expectations, for I had to head out of town due to a family emergency. It took away the stress knowing I could relax each night and have a quiet evening. Having a glass of wine with my meal help to let me really chill out

Exactly what we needed. The pull out sofa bed was not the most comfortable, however, when traveling with kids this is exaclty the kind of place we like to stay. Everything we needed. Full fridge, toaster oven, toaster, coffee pot, etc. This hotel was clean and the staff was superior.

Not too shabbyPosted Aug 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great location. Close to everything essential. Service is excellent, great for the value. Shower was a bit moldy, bed wasn't the most comfortable. Otherwise it is still a great choice for a quick stay in the Gainesville area close to UF. Good and essential hot breakfast.

Awesome But Keep The Smoking OutsidePosted Jul 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
My family and I loved everything about this Hotel other than the smell of our room. It reeked of cigarette smoke!

A stop on a long tripPosted Jul 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
Disappointed that they gave us a Smoking Room after requesting non-smoking. Kids have allergies. Then the staff did not bring us towels until after 4 requests....and received as we were leaving. But the breakfast food was fantastic and the service of the staff in the food area was GREAT! She also gave us a bag of fruit as we were leaving and a bunch of candy. Overall a good experience.

good with kidsPosted Jun 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
Plenty of things for the kids to do with pool and basketball court. Decent breakfast and plenty of space for a family of 5. Wish we would of gotten a nonsmoking room. Very clean but we could smell the smoke.
