Not what I expected gor a Hilton. More like a old

More like a old Holiday Inn. Ad said full breakfast. I expected someone there cooking fresh eggs or sit down restaurants . There was a small room to eat in and no formal breakfast. Very mis leading. Also there is only one ice machine in the entire building on the first gloor. Of course I was on the fourth floor and it was not near the elevator.

Spring Break Vacation

My stay at the Homewood suite, was excellent. The staff did a outstanding job, I thought I was in the comfort of my own home. My hat goes off to everyone. Thank you and Thank you!

We liked the hotel. My son and daughter in law especially were happy as they could put their baby in a different room and they all slept better as a result. My bed was hard and difficult to sleep. It didn't bother my husband. The lighting above the sink in the dressing area could have been better for applying makeup. I had a problem in checking out. Even though I had paid for our rooms through hotels.com, there was glitch in their computer saying that I had not paid for one night on one of the rooms. It took a lot of unnecessary time because it had clearly been paid for. Finally, the receptionist talked to someone about it and said I could leave, that it was ok. No apologies. I hope they got their money from Hotels.com and that I won't hear about it again. It held us up for an apt. and didn't leave me with a good feeling about the hotel, otherwise the service was fine.

Room needs some TLC

We stayed in room 403 and the toilet seat is off centered, the shower door doesn't close tight. The ceiling fan over the bed made noise all night. This is the same room we were in a few months ago with the same issues.

Quiet, Comfortable, Convenient

Friendly staff made enjoyable stay all that much better. Room was was very quiet , bright and comfortable. Kitchenette was better than most (could add a few accessories.} Fitness center was minimal, pool looked ok. Great location. Would absolutely stay there again.
