Definitely a rural escape

The owners are a lovely, friendly older couple and operate a nice B&B convenient to North Texas horse country and Lake Ray Roberts. The accommodations were quaint, if a bit dated, but clean & comfortable. Beware there is a train track along the eastern property line that gets plenty of use. Bring earplugs.

Absolutely wonderful!! Fay & Gene were the perfect hosts. The ranch is gorgeous and the hospitality & food were awesome. It was so convenient to all the farms and vets for my horse shopping trip. Will definitely go back!!

Reality Ranch- the relaxing countryside.

Upon arrival the Reality Ranch makes you truly see you're in the countryside. Once inside you find a comfort that has a lodge feel yet also reminds you of home. The couple that run the house is great and very friendly. Truly an enjoyable stay.
