Pros: Location and staff were great.
Location: Right across from the Georgia Mall.
Price was right. Hotel, beautiful, clean, great location and friendly staff. Perfect stay.

Staff was very accommodating,they allowed for our early arrival from a 9 hour car ride with a 5 month old. Breakfast was well above average. Room decor was clean, light. Bed and pillows(multiple)were very comfortable.

Enjoyed staying here! Our power went out, so we came for relief and it felt like a vacation! Great area. Lots of top restaurants and stores. Mall across the Boulevard. Highly recommended it!

The guy who checked me into my room that I had already paid for ended up charging me for it again. I was told it was then my job to cal my bank and get the transaction reversed. I was beyond upset at this point but an hour later it was finally fixed. I left the hotel to get some shopping done and when I got back I tried to take a shower. The tub was clogged so I called the front desk and of course no answer. I walked down later to find the guy who charged my card earlier finally Back but was told he was the only person in. Long story short it was fixed but the weekend was pretty much ruined
