Terrible experience.

I did not stay. The office was open from 11am to 7pm and I arrived at 9pm. I had to go through many numbers just to get the key to my room. Then when finally getting the room key the room was unacceptable. The shower was leaking all over the bathroom, and there was only 1 bed and when I booked it, it was for 2 beds. After confronting the office, they called their manager and I was informed that this same situation has occurred with other Hotels.com customers. I was given no satisfaction and was charged a penalty for the problems. Would never deal with this hotel or Hotels.com.

Was not satisfied as my pre-paid reservation through Hotels.com that was made 7 weeks earlier was not found on their system and after some sorting out an alternate, smaller room was found. There was no hot water in the shower until the 3rd day that I was there and no one was at the front desk until 10:00am each of the days I was there. I will never stay here again.

Tub wasn't clean and there was a bug in the tub.

Awful hotel for the $70 price. Across from a cemetery. Bad part of town. Not close to mall of Georgia. We didn't sleep under the covers. Cigarette holes in sheets. Stained towels.

Pros: Quiet
Cons: customer service
Location: near lots of restaurants
Was very disappointed! Not once in 4 days did we receive housekeeping. No fresh towels or baskets emptied or bed made. AND when I called about fresh towels I was told "Only once a week"! Very unsanitary!

The front is closed during night. When I left my key in the room, I called the staff late at night. But she didn't frown, opened the room. She is the best staff in my staing in the US.
