“Clean rooms!”

The hotel was decent. The hallways were a bit dingy but my room was very clean. Hardwood floors instead of carpet in the rooms was great. Bathroom was acceptable but I suggest you bring your own towels. I have had worse experiences. I would gladly stay here again.

“Mold”

My husband & I stayed in a room that was full of moldly smell and damp. You could tell that the mold was in the wall under the window. I spoke with the desk clerk and she said that she smelt it also, but offered no suggestions. It didn't seem to bother her.

“Def. recommend”

Hotel staff was very nice, let us check in very early. The AC was so goo it made it feel like the Artic.

“Excellent value for money - friendly helpful staff”

I needed a place to stay for the night while traveling through central/northern Florida. Have stayed here previously about a year ago and was impressed, so book in again. Very close to the freeway exit but no noise from the freeway. Motel was excellent value for money; got in late and the night staff were very helpful and efficient. Room very clean and comfy. Late start next morning - very quiet in the motel and was able to sleep in. Pleasant, free breakfast and check out no fuss and very efficient. Also has free wireless internet with no hassles connection.

“Great Budget Hotel!”

If you're on a budget and want a decent, clean place to stay, this is it! The staff members were very friendly and the room and bed were better than expected.

“VeeCee's Choice”

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. When the toilet over flowed, there was no problem. We called the front desk and the clerk came down to the room to see what the problem was, she saw and handled it with no problem, she moved us to a different room for no extra charge.

We wasnt expecting to much from this motel because it was cheap, but i tell you what we were pleasantly surprised. This was more like a hotel as the rooms were in the the hotel not on the outside like normal motels,the beds were so comfortably, best hotel bed we have ever slept in, we had fresh waffles in the morn, along with cereal, bagels, juice and coffee.we requested a fridge and got it along with a microwave oven. The only downside was we stayed on the second floor and because a group of people upstairs was staying there we could hear a lot of movement, ie floors squeeking and people walking around.

“Gainesville Bargain”

Very friendly staff, clean, inexpensive, continental breakfast included. Great location, one block from a shopping mall (try the Alehouse--tasty food and a fantastic beer selection).

“Super * Gainesville”

This was the smallest hotel room that I have ever stayed in. It was about the size of a cabin on a cruise ship. Our room was convenient to the front door and to the pool. In fact, we had only to draw our curtain to be at poolside. The grate on the windows prevented us from getting to the pool from our room. The staff were excellent. The free breakfast was meager. The location was close to our destination and the highway. I think I'd travel a bit further next time.
