“Very Nice Hotel & Staff”

Hotel was very nice for what we paid, Hotel staff was very helpful in anything we needed or wanted during our stay. We were within walking distance of downtown shopping and other attractions. We enjoyed it very much, looking forward to going back!

“good location”

Good location, close to downtown Galena. Very convenient. We stayed in a room with two queen size beds. Big and comfy room with a small balcony with a forest view. The room was clean and big enough, there are a microwave oven and a refrigerator, too. Staff are nice. But little disappointed with breakfast. Can be improved. Anyway we did enjoy our stay!

“Great stay”

Good Saturday continental breakfast. Wish the pool was open later than 10, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Themed rooms would be cool for some, though they strike me as a little creepy. Nice place, though!

“Weekend getaway”

Very comfortable bed. Very nice hot tub clean. Would totally recommend this hotel for anybody looking for a quite inexpensive hotel

“OK. Galena is great”

There was blood on the under side of the bead spread which was not discovered until we got into bed to o to sleep. They brougt us a new cover but no other accommodation was offered and no apology.

“Best Western Stay”

We would stay again. Have slept on more comfortable beds, but everything was clean, staff was nice and helpful.

“Disappointed”

Our cards wouldn't work when we tried to enter the room from the outside. When I came back in the woman at the desk said that you need to do them inside first--wish she would have told me that in the first place. The chain on the outside door pulled right out of the wall--not so much a safety precaution! We also had other problems with our cards not working. We had three people in our room and asked for a roll a way bed--there was not one so we had to go to Walmart to buy an air mattress. The walls and ceilings were PAPER THIN--we could hear noise, conversation, and walking around from all directions! I was there with my mom and sister--would never want to stay there for a romantic get away with my husband!!!

“IT is the worst experiense ever”

Got to chek in in durty room. Whent for lunch for an 1 hr and room didnot get cleen!!!! Have to wait at the loby for other 30 min. After 1hr 30 min was be able to finaly rest. U think I got anything for my discomfot? NOTHING AT ALL !!!! The worst expiriense ever!!
