“Pleasant surprise”

We had a meeting to attend in Gallatin, and was looking for a hotel nearby. I was sceptical about the HouseGuest hotel since this was our first time staying in a hotel in this city and was not familiar with this hotel. The ones we knew of were too far or not available or farther away. So, we had few options and tried it.We were pleasantly surprised. There were only a fews cars there. We had a double room for a Thursday and Friday night. The room was large with 2 sinks, There were food places and gas stations close so we could furel up both ways..Would like to go again when we have more time to relax,

“OK for Overnight”

Staff very helpful especially in using the new electronic room key. They need to install anti slip in the bathtub. Room was clean and pleasant. Could hear road noise but it quieted done about 9 pm. Would stay here again if in the area.

“It's OK if you need to stay in that location.”

Motel is definitely a 1-star!! Room was old, but pretty clean, but ice machines were broken and TV remote was not the right one for the TV. There are only 2 motels in this town and they were both 1-star rated. This one allowed pets, so we chose it. It was close to where we were celebrating New Year's Eve, so the convenience of the location was important. They need to re-open the restaurant attached to the motel. We had to walk to a nearby fast food restaurant to get ice, which meant we had to buy a burger to get the ice. We thought the price we paid was too much for what we got. If you're not into flashy, high end motel rooms, this is the place.
