“I would definitely stay here again!!”

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean this hotel was! The bathroom door swung out instead of in, which I liked, the staff was so nice and helpful, we felt very safe and it was located right near a Walmart and lots of nice restaurants!!

“Nice Hotel - Good Customer Service”

We stayed at this hotel when traveling into Gallatin for a wedding. It was nice. The customer service was excellent and responsive, their was plenty to eat at the free breakfast, and my kids loved playing in the pool. The only downside was that the hotel was not brand new. However, it was well kept and the beds were very good. Overall a great experience.

“Enjoyable stay”

We enjoyed our stay even though the weather leaved alot to be desired. The staff at the front desk was great. The only problem was there was no 'linen card' in the room, so we had to ask the cleaning lady to change our sheets the second day. Will stay here again when in Gallatin, TN.

“We liked so much last time”

We liked the last time we were in Gallatin this is where we stayed so I made sure that was were we came back to for this trip. The staff is very friendly and the inn is clean and comfortable. Next time we come to Gallatin this is where we will stay again.

No surprises and that's what I like. Very easy in and out with a Cracker Barrel next door. It will be my choice next trip to Gallatin.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, nice area, however the room was not cleaned as desired. Used band-aid found on bed and the floor was not clean. Smelly bedroom. I would not stay there again, if I have a choice. Last minute trip; took a chance and bid for a room online, I was stuck with this hotel.
