Hospitality is The Bomb!

Pros: BEDS - COMFY & HOSPITALITY
Cons: The pool area - there was folks drinking alcoholic beverages and just left their mess, i.e., beer cans and a cup of water full of nasty cigarettes.
Location: We were just there to record an album and rest.

Too warm

Pros: The breakfast and the location.
Cons: Have maintainence available 24 hrs/day.
Location: Good, near Nashville.
The AC unit was old and not very effective in cooling the room. When we got back to our room for the evening, it was hot in the room. I called the front desk but was told maintainence was gone for the evening. Also, there were no other rooms to move us to. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic, but all she could offer was a fan or have us sleep in a room with the ceiling ripped out due to repairs. We made it through the evening and the AC did survive til we checked out. Nothing was said to us the next day by the staff although I was hoping we would be offered a discount ( the room was not cheap!) The complimentary breakfast in the morning was pretty nice though.

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Allows pets.
Needed a place that takes dogs. The room was clean and comfortable. Not new but well maintained.

Would have been a good room if half the price. Old , small,and outdated. Requested ground level room because of wife's leg injury. Refused and blamed it on Hotel.com

Nice hotel for an overnight or two

This is a good honest hotel. Wifi in the rooms, and a free breakfast. The breakfast is heavy on the starches and not very balanced, but it fills you up--biscuits and gravy, waffle machine, bagels and pastries, and toast. Also had yogurt and boiled eggs. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a value for the cost.

not too bad

Pros: Staff were helpful
Cons: The smoking spot was right outside our room. They need to have an area away from the rooms.
Location: Close to shops and restaurants. Long way to Nashville, but suited us.
This hotel was not too bad, staff very helpful. breakfast good. Not close to Nashville, about 30-40 mins drive.
