This hotel is the best option for the price in this area. However - it does not have an elevator and the fact one has to carry their own luggage up the steps is a drawback.

“Nasty Hotel Alert”

This hotel is just plain nasty. Plus the employees are just down right rude! After check in I walked to my room. When I opened the door the horrible stench of cat urine slapped me in the face. It was almost unbearable. I walked to the front desk and asked for another room to which I was then questioned as to why. After I gave the reason the girl behind the counter actually rolled her eyes at me and without even referring to her computer informed me very rudely that there were no other vacancies and "to deal with it". She also informed me that there is no way that the room would smell like cat urine. I own 3 cats of my own and cat urine has a very distinct smell. On top of all of that the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned from the previous guest. I was unable to pull the young woman away from her television show to review the room. I toughed it out because of needing to be up early for a flight to a rig. I will never stay at this hotel again! I travel quite a bit and have never been treated so poorly or been so unsatisfied with my stay at a hotel. This was my first time to stay at a Days Inn and will most likely never do it again base off of this stay.
