“Great in Gallup!”
Everything about the hotel was right in line with expectations. My family was pleased with the amenities, the service, the cleanliness, ease of location and access, food, and everything concerned. Our only complaint is that we were charged twice for the room and had to deal with that, but Expedia and the hotel made everything right!
“Truly Comfort Inn & Suites”
Actually our check-in experience was much better than I expected. The lobby was large, well lit with a great view. There were tea and cookies waiting in a convenient area. There were three very nicely working computers. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally nice - large and roomy unlike other mid-priced suites I have stayed in - not cramped at all.

Fantastic! We got a room close to an exit, the clerk made sure we had everything we needed. And booked the same room for us on the return trip. I told everyone to stop at the Comfort Suites in Gallup. Great room, great service, wonderful breakfast. Thank you

Very comfortable! Highly Recommended. The room is big and clean. The staff is very polite and professional.

Well, check-in was fast. Free hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffle maker, juices, great coffee), Friendly staff, free computers in lobby to check weather, food, shopping, etc. No hassle in and out, what else do you want....
