Is a Baymont turning into a Knights Inn.Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Room was fine. No problems.
Cons: Repaint the sick green walls. Needs a little updating.
Hard to find because it still said Baymont. Room was good size, microwave and fridge were handy.

good especially for being under new managementPosted Jul 6, 2014
Cons: I do not reallly know what at this point, perhaps some updating
Location: did not do anything nearby, just passing through, very handy close to freeway.
Comfortable, reasonably quiet, accomadating for our needs.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. For the price it was a decent place to stay.

Decent hotel for simple lodgingPosted Jun 20, 2014
Very straight forward hotel. Staff was adequate: handled all issues and standard business, but lacked some hospitality and professionalism found in higher end establishments. The night receptionist who I concluded was management lacked the most. Site amenities were accurate. Appliances in the room were clean and functional. Pool and breakfast were adequate. Walls were thin and external activity was audible, like a dropped suitcase on the upper floor. Of course, the trains were somewhat audible; but at night the train horns blow on the edge of town. They are likely audible from anywhere in town.

All dirty. Dust never gets cleaned. Hard to find address because building had different name on it.

Won't stay againPosted Jun 13, 2014
Pros: Location, price.
Cons: Professionalism, attention to detail, fix lock on door at west end of first floor corridor.
Location: Don't know. Just stayed there for the night on a trip to somewhere else.
Hotel recently changed brands. Old sign still in place, new temporary sign small and close to ground. Missed it first time past. Desk not manned when I arrived. Guy who was cleaning pool area eventually got clerk for me. Exit door at end of corridor did not lock, anyone could walk in. Very few towels in room. If there had been two of us, would not be enough. No regular coffee in room. I went to desk to ask for some, no one there, no answer to bell (bell wasn't there when I checked in). I passed open storage room, got coffee from maid cart. Lamest "continental breakfast" I've ever seen.

need a bigger signPosted Apr 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel took over another hotel and only has a cloth sign. It would be better if they had a lit up sign

They just purchased this hotel from the Baymont hotel and the sign had not been changed out front. The Knights sign was a banner and was difficult to see but we were not aware of the change so we drove all over for an hour trying to find the hotel. The hotel phone number given with the confirmation was no longer in service.the hotels.com assistant was very helpful and put me in touch with the hotel however once on the line they hung up on me. We later stumbled upon the hotel. It is right next to the train tracks that run ALL night. Breakfast needs work too. The coffee was very watered down and the pastries/breads were stale. The jelly packets were so old they were rubbery. Not impressed with this hotel at all.
