“Great hotel for the price and Location”

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The elevators were very slow. But it was a busy Holiday weekend. Overall this is a great hotel on the beach for the price.

excellent beach access, very comfy bed. My wife and I like a good last minute getaway deal. this was cheap and convenient. Galveston is always lovely in the winter

We will definitely stay here again...my only complaint was that I booked through Expedia for two nights and hotel only had me down for one night...all was 'fixed' quickly though.

“Courteous Staff”

I was defitiely impressed with the the entire staff - professional, polite, very helpful and appropriately dressed. Housekeeping was also courteous. Even tho the hotel is under renovation, my stay was very delightful. I will return again when I visit Galveston.

“Great place for friends or family.”

The room was nice and we had the view of the gulf.They had a nice swimming pool,but the best part was that the hotel was across the street from the beach.The location was the best part.There was also a nice Mexican restaurant where you could walk to and drink margaritas without driving back to your room.I felt I really got my money's worth.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Always making sure I had enough towels and keeping the room clean.

“Good Times”

Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable. The staff at the front desk is a little slow. The elevator is extremely slow. Have to make sure the staff gives you your internet rate agreed upon or they will charge you the full rate.

Best Western Beachfront Inn offered extraordinary customer service. The staff was friendly, courteous and most efficient. I'll stay with them again in August.

if you are looking for a room with a great location this is it . beach is right across the street . resturaunts are eveywhere . rooms are big and comfortable.could use a little bit of updating but lets remember what the hotels here just went through with hurricane ike. great place to stay and affordable . nice breakfast and staff were great and helpful.i would stay here again. in fact i extended my stay an extra day with them.
