“Very good customer service!”

The hotel was very comfortable with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very accomodating to your needs. Great place to stay and look forward to staying again when I'm in the area.

“Our Stay at the Seawall Inn”

Our experience at the Best Western Seawall Inn & Suites was among the best we have had at any hotel. Renee, the lady at the desk (seemingly 24/7) during our stay was eager to help us with any request & provided valuable information about Galveston. Another lady, whose name we did not learn was also very nice & helpful.

“Great Stay at Best Western Seawall Inn & Suites”

Staff was very nice! It's a small hotel, and not too great of a location if you are trying to go to the seawall. I was hoping we could just walk across the street to the beach, but instead we had to drive a little bit down the road and park. The pool was fantastic, and they had a great free breakfast.

“CHeap and clean is what we asked for...”

THis hotel was handy to all the fun things on the strip but not in the middle of the chaos. IT's been newly remodeled and is very clean and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable, the shower is new and has variable settings with a deep tub in case you want to soak. Flat screen tv, fridge, wifi, all included. Overall, nice hotel. COntinental breakfast included cereal, make your waffles, donuts, bagels, and toast. Milk, coffee, tea, and OJ. Small outdoor pool, fitness center, and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great hotel for the money. Only complaint is that our AC in our room froze up in middle of night one night and our room was a little noisy due to being right next to the lobby. But they had maintenance on it right away.

“Overall everything was ok!”

We really enjoyed the continental breakfast they offered, and the pool that stays open til 11pm! Staff was helpful and friendly! The coffee that was available in the lobby was a treat after a long drive! I was extremely relieved to see we had fresh sheets upon check-in. Unfortunately, we have found not all establishments do this!! There was no small fridge or microwave in the room. It would of been nice to store drinks or leftovers from the extremely large portions the from local resturants. The only thing we really did not enjoy was the beds. The "double" beds seemed small, hard, and uncomfortable.

“Great location”

The hotel is right across the road from the beach, Walgreens is a block away, and various restaurants and fast food eateries are within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was fairly clean except the floor had sand on it which was cleaned up promptly when the front desk was informed of it.

“A Hurricane Survivor”

This was one of the few hotels spared by Hurricane Ike. Breakfast a bit scanty, but otherwise a great value. Beds were great! Just across from beach access (the only real sand left). Convenient to cruise departures, Harborside restaurants & downtown Strand area via Ferry Rd, and on the "quiet" East end of the island.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was larger than the hotel we stayed at the night before. We enjoyed the continental breakfast also.
